Only stayed here one night before a flight but a very nice hostel with very lovely staff. In a good location to the old quarter and a 45 minute taxi to the airport.

Good hostel in a great location. 3mins walk from the centre of town which was fab as it wasn’t super loud from the noise from the centre. Hostel staff were great, helpful and friendly. Only criticism would be that it is pretty cold in the room. An electric blanket was good but the room itself was still very cold. Also, something to clean/wipe the floor in the bathroom would be fab as it got very wet after the shower and we had nothing to dry/clean it.

Good price and great location. But hot water service was not effective in the Sa Pa winter. There was also no heating in the room.

The beds are cozy it’s a challenge to leave them for the cold. Hostel is located in a nice spot away from all the traffic of the main town. One remark I’ll make is that they closed the kitchen at 6:30pm.

The rooms here are lovely, we experienced a dorm, a double room and a triple room and all were incredible value for money. The staff were really friendly, breakfast was good and the location (although I didn't like Sapa town itself, personally) was really good for walking into the town. Can't really fault the place! Thanks for a lovely stay!

    Very Good

I stayed in the dorm, which had solid wooden bunks so its not like the whole bed is shaking when someone is getting up and down the steps. Plus, there were curtains for privacy and keeping the lights out -slept really well! Staff are friendly and helpful, location not the most picturesque but it was easy to reach after arriving by bus. Common area lacked atmosphere a bit or maybe it was just the cold (we sat there with jackets on since front door was open throughout the day). Overall a good stay

The basin look like was blocked several days, but not action taken. The toilet need to be upgraded, some loose parts need to be tighten. Surprising on the 3 level bed, it is so high to climb up. Just feel uneasy to sleep on the third level bed. It is difficult to find this hostel, the signage need to be improved because need to walk through a walkway that pass through other local house.

This hostel had no atmosphere. There was nobody in the common area! The rooms were clean; however, we got ripped off booking both the tour and the sleeper bus through the hostel! The owner charged us for a tourist sleeper bus and then put us on a local bus without a bathroom. I sat in a puddle of something when we got on the bus. She also booked us on a 2 day trek through Sapa but the second day was about 60 min of treking. This hostel owner takes advantage of her guests. On a busy street!
