The hostel is beautiful. Its like a 4 star hotel of hostels. Tons of open space, they have a beautiful (very cold) pool and lawn chairs, tons of hangout rooms, a movie area, etc. the only cons are the prices. The bar is very expensive for food, drinks, and breakfast. beers are 10 soles, mixed drinks are 25 soles each and breakfast is 18 soles and mediocre. you also can not bring in any food or drinks from other places to anywhere but the common kitchn. still would stay again for sure

One of the best hostels we have stayed in in any country round the world. Beds were comfy and private with the curtains, as well as individual plug sockets and lights. The outside area was great with loads of places to hang out and enjoy the sun. Food provided was tasty and reasonably priced. Bathroom in our room was cleaned daily. Only issue would be we weren’t allowed an early check in after arriving at 5am. Apart from that this hostel is near perfect.

Our stay at Selina was great! We arrived early in the morning and we were able to sleep in the lounge area. Good location, walking distance to the main square.

Lovely pool although quite cold. Lovely surroundings, quirky common area, good food (although a little overpriced), fantastic showers and comfy beds.

An absolutely gorgeous hostel, I would recommend it to anyone. Only slight negatives are that it’s a bit further from the centre (but still an easy walk) and the common kitchen was out of action while I was there, but this seemed to be a work in progress.

Good hostel with a nice chill out area by the pool. Have some complaints though: - On arrival I was told that there would be a part next day: all night till 5 am. And there was one. The hostel felt more like a nightclub. In a place where a lot of people need to get up at 2:30 am for a hike it feels a bit inconsiderate. - During the party some people would come into the room to use the bathroom: THE HAD A KEY TO THE ROOM THOUGH WERE NOT STAYING IN THE ROOM. Felt like security issue

    Very Good

    13 Jun 2019
We really expected more from a Selina hostel. The beds are comfy and sheets are nice but the rooms are really cramped with no space to put big bags and they are quite hot at night. The wifi was good. The pool area has very little seating options. Outside seats were dirty too. The toilets were all really dirty and needed to be cleaned far more often- were overflowing with toilet paper
