The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming and warm. They had live music playing inbthe evenings and even during lunch time. It was great. They have a special area where you can work which was an excellente option for me but I didnt realize it in time 😩😩

Fantastic hostel with great staff who were very helpful. Location is quite far from downtown Bogotá where we joined a free umbrella tour (which we learnt about from the Selina Hostel) and took quite a significant amount of time to travel via taxi due to the sheer volume of traffic. Private room was simple, but did the job and the water pressure from the shared showers must be the best in the whole of Colombia! Would recommend to a friend or perhaps the Selina in downtown Bogotá. 👍🏻

Really nice hostel in a safe area of the city. Our dorm was a bit small, but that’s probably the only negative thing I can think of. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the attached restaurant/bar was really convenient. Taxis to La Calanderia were affordable and they also have a free shuttle that leaves in the mornings

    Very Good

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Most of the staff speak excellent English, which is great because my Spanish is terrible. (My fault) My only complaint is the noise! My room was on the 7th floor and the bar is on the 2nd. I could hear people talking in the bar up through the stairwell, and that was nothing compared to the live music late into the night. Overall, a nice clean, safe place to stay with some noise.

    Good

Pros: big kitchen to cook, cool vibe, yoga room and many other facilities. Close to bus stations. Cons: cleanliness of the dorma. There was no beds assigned in the dorm and when I got in the bunk, I found some hairs, a pesos and some peices of food inside my bed. So maybe someone slept in it and the sheets haven’t been changed since they don’t know witch bed is assigned to whom. Also, the shelf near the bed was super dusty and full of hairs. Not a super hip part of Bogotá.

Not great for solo backpackers, almost no atmosphere, therefore very hard to meet other travelers. Clean facilities, friendly staff, obviously pretty far from the touristy area.

I loved my room. Unfortunately the bartender and waiter only like to serve women and generally ignore and are rude to men. I was yelled at and bullied by the short, swarthy bartender. If you are a hot blonde chick you will get great service. Men should think twice before ordering from the bar and eating in the restaurant

Worst hostel ever. Dorms don't look like the pictures, they are much smaller, darker and smell terrible. They have great facilities, but not properly clean, and the things that are good are ruined by the staff. In the front desk you will find a group of immature and rude 20-year-olds unsupervised, leading to a TERRIBLE service. I booked a room for 3 nights and cancelled after 1 day because of COVID19, despite of the health situation, they were incapable of rembursing my money. Don't recommend!!!
