Excellent showers! Best showers we’ve had in South America. Really good wifi. Staff were incredibly helpful. Nice beds and good rooms. Kitchen could’ve been cleaner.

Room was so clean and the showers were really hot and great. Had a few difficulties with staff and it was more of a hotel vibe, but the kitchen was also good and it was a great place for a couple.

We stayed for 3 nights in a dorm room. People weren't joking, there is hardly any room to put your stuff. We were in a 6 bed dorm which would be a small double room in any hotel. The kitchen was big and easy to cook in. We really liked the hostel otherwise! It's a bit of a walk to the centre but we knew this so it's fine. Had an incident when we were leaving as the guy at the desk forgot to ring for our taxi so we very nearly missed our bus. He didn't really apologise either.

Facilities are very, very nice. If that’s what you’re looking for, then great! However, if your hostel vibe is social, not the place for you. The privacy curtains are nice, but don’t lend to meeting new people. The staff are not very helpful/seem like their job is an annoyance. All activities put on by the hostel are expensive. This is more like a hotel.

Small rooms, but overall nice. A 20ish minute walk to the city center. Quieter atmosphere but modern facilities.

Very nice facilities. Not much of an atmosphere for people to hang out. Good area close to bars in the area and a square.

    Very Good

We liked our dorm room. However staff weren’t the best including the cafe and restaurant. We booked a tour through front desk then to fly to Uyuni salt flats and they didn’t organise the tour so we got stranded. Every meal and drink we ordered at cafe and restaurant took over 30 mins and got stuffed up every time. No communication. We liked the vibe of being in the cafe but really let down our stay. Far away from everything too.
