This hostel has got to be the best Hostel in Mexico City. Very clean, almost all of the staff speaks English which is very helpful, and they are all very attentive. Enrique ordered an Uber for me and was very helpful! I will definitely be back.

Good central location, clean and mostly quiet. The staff was there 24/7 which is appreciated when something unexpected happens. My key card didn't work a couple times and I had to go downstairs to fix it, which was frustrating.

    Very Good

The Selina ‘chain’ is always nice when it comes to decor but the hostel vibe is not here at all. We only booked ‘Selina’ because we were staying for one night and we knew that it was going to be clean and nice, however it’s too big and looks more like a hotel where you share rooms rather than a hostel where you get to meet people. There are some cheap amazing taco places right around the corner so no need to buy some expensive food at their restaurant

Not the best experience, staff was not very friendly or helpful, the kitchen was disgusting and the elevators were all broken.

Was pretty disappointed with Selinas. It's size makes it hard to connect with other people. Kitchen was full of unwashed dishes. We were on the 5th floor and the lift was broken and we battled with the stairs with the altitude (these things happen but didn't help our impression of the place.) Towel and breakfast not included. Positives are security is really good and super friendly, super close to Lucha Libre arena, and big food market across the road.

I have stayed in a few Selina’s in my 9 months of travel and find them far too over priced for what you get, this place was no exception. The staff are generally friendly. However for the price you pay you’d think you’d get a towel, soap in your bath room and a semi comfy bed. Doesn’t seem to be the case, you have to pay for those ‘luxuries’. It would be easy to find a cheaper place who give you those for free. I would only stay at a Selina if I had to.

This was my second visit to this hostal and I was very disappointed! On my first visit the elevator was not working and it was still out of service on this visit . Imagine having to haul your luggage up 4 flights of stairs! There was a "club" on Saturday night which continued until 3 AM. People were in halls making noise and slamming doors, couldn't sleep! Never again will I stay at this place!! Worst visit ever!

No good vibes, basically a hotel with dorms. It’s super impersonal (not like any other hostel I’ve stayed at in Mexico at all). Expected at least better service and facilities.
