Very well located and comfortable place to sleep, with an owner that will do as much as possible to make you feel comfortable. There is also a gallery of pictures by the owner and his dad, which will teach travellers about the history and culture of Singapore.

Honestly the friendliest owner of a hostel I have met in 3 months travelling. His life and his family history are both interesting and incredible. The Hostel itself is small and quiet. The beds are comfy, the rooms are dark. And £11 for the location is unbeatable.

It's a nice and clean Hostel. Small but it has all basic facilities. For budget Travelers I believe this can be a good option, as compared to costly Hostels in Singapore. Don't get confused by it's location because It's on second floor of block 52 on top of ShenShong supermarket. The host (uncle) is really nice and friendly. It doesn't have refrigerator and microwave, means you can't store your food. My stay was good here. I recommend this Hostel if you looking for cheap Hostel near Chinatown.

    Fabulous

Great 2 night stay here. The owner is really nice, he made us feel very welcome. The hostel is in a great location! The hostel is quite small but you spend most of your time out in the city (well you should anyway). Our room is very dark as it has no windows which is perfect for a deep sleep, ket clean although the shower could do with a little bit of love. Would stay again especially for the price!

Owner of the hostel is really nice and the location is perfect. But the rooms are extremely small and it was probably the smallest hostel I ever stayed in. They have lockers but no padlocks. Price was okay

The communal bathroom was by far the most disgusting I’ve ever used. It stank of urine and was full of damp. Not sure when was last cleaned! The dorm also felt a bit damp, no windows, very dark and dingy. No pillow nor blanket upon arrival. I not recommend this hostel to anybody. I stayed for one night and changed to the beary best hostel which was literally a 15 minutes walk and is opposite the mrt. I paid an extra 2 dollars and the contrast between the 2 hostels couldn’t be more different.

This is the worst hostel I have ever stayed in (and I've travelled to over 60 countries and stay in hostels). The entire place is extremely dirty, messy, and looks like it never gets cleaned. The bathroom is always wet and smells like urine. And there is only one toilet for the whole hostel!! The rooms are small, cramped, and windowless. The bedsheets are also dirty and look like they don't get cleaned between guests. This hostel should not be allowed to operate or charge so much for so little.
