This is a great value in Rome, but be aware it's not quite in Rome--it's a 1 euro bus ride to a train that connects to the metro. The 7 Hills Village is surprisingly laid-back place for its upscale woodsy rural/suburban area. Staff are helpful and speak English. Bungalow was small but well equipped--comfortable beds, good linen, shelves for baggage and blankets. Plenty of hot water, but you have to bring your own towel. Bar sold us a nice one for 12 euros.

The facilities are ok for the price. The bed is almost the size of the room and was not so good for my back. Is really close from Rome and it’s good for backpackers.

We had a bungalow, which was great as it had our own toilet and shower. It's very easy to get to from Tiburtina bus station, just take the train heading to Cesano which stops at La Giustiniana where the shuttle picked us up on time every time. It's €1 for the shuttle an €1 for the train to Valle Aurelia, where the metro connects. We didn't know we'd have to pay €3 for the pool beforehand, though the pool area is nice. The market is small and not amazingly stocked but restaurant was good.

Hmmmm not that impressed. If you are looking to get outside the city and prefer partying at your hostel then this is the hostel for you. But, if you were hoping to stay in Rome and go out clubbing at night steer clear. This hostel is about an hour outside the city centre so not that convienent and all the people staying here are from big Australian bus tours so are already in a group experience type thing. having said all that its a pretty site and the pool is great.

Don't stay here unless you aren't planning on going into the heart of Rome. First, we requested to get picked up at the airport, and the driver did not show! We ended up paying twice as much for a taxi. The "shuttle" they offer is not even a shuttle at all. It says it takes you to the heart of Rome, but it literally drives you a mile to the train station, where you have to take a 30-minute train to get to Rome. Only good if you are planning on staying at the hostel a majority of the time to camp

NÃO RECOMENDO a menos que vc goste de chalé de madeira no meio do mato, sem wi-fi e banheiro coletivo pra fora. Chuveiro morno pra frio. Danceteria e piscina interditados com aspecto de ABANDONO de meses. As fotos me enganaram!

Nothing on their website or in their email is true. The reception staff was very unhelpful. Their shuttle is unreliable and doesn't follow the schedule whatsoever. Some places in the campsite say they only take cash others say they only take the seven hills card. And, when you go to load the card you can only load it with cash, which you clearly do not have if you're getting the stupid card. AND theres no ATM. Also, the restaurant only serves pizza and pasta so be prepared to live off of that.
