The only part I did not like this hostel is that the dorm room is on 4th or 5th floor, what a long climb up. Everything else is great!!! RECOMMEND! WIFI is great, no hot room since its very cool outside.

Super clean, staff let us check in early and the facilities were great. Not a party hostel but great if you want somewhere clean and peaceful. Can't recommend enough, especially considering the price.

No complaints except the art on the wall of our room could be considered anti-semetic it made my friend and I a bit uncomfortable. I assume the hostel was unaware because it’s in the Jewish quarter and I believe lots of Jews come to Krakow and you’d want their business. The paintings were of two clearly Jewish men counting or with money. The idea that Jews are innately good with money is among the oldest Jewish stereotypes, one that continues to impact perceptions of Jews today.

Good location. Would prefer if the staff didn’t turn the lights on in the middle of the night when someone checks in

The hostel is very Well located. This is also one of the few things good about the hostel. Unfortunately we where placed in a room with a couple who had lived there for 3 months and were breaking all of the hostels rules. Furthermore the baths and kitchen seemed less than clean. And unfortunately my friend seemed to had been attacked by bedbugs or flees. The staff was nice and helpful, but the facilities were just not okay.

Good location, an easy walk into the old city and the Jewish quarter. Staff were helpful in booking a taxi to the airport. Good for a cheap stay. Terrible atmosphere there, people in the room were living there and sleeping in the middle of the day. You couldn't cook at all as there was nothing to cook with. Only two toilets for the whole floor, so it was hard to get in there in the morning. The toilets were also out of toilet roll or filthy half the time. No lockers or keys to the room.

This is one of the worst hostels we have come across. The hostel was not clean and hygenic. The bathrooms weren't fully functional. The beds were bad. The people who came to live there weren't friendly either. Overall I would never suggest someone to go there.
