    Superb

The staff were so friendly and helpful with guiding us through the area, showing us the best and close beaches to visit, and making us comfortable. They gave great advice and were always so welcoming. Facilities were constantly clean and the beds were comfy. Everything was cozy and clean, and the common area was well sized and comfortable. The location is a very short bus ride to the city and to near beaches. Thanks so much!

Really nice hostel, well located and clean. Just as shown in pictures. The only thing I didn't like is that there's no windows, but it has a good ventilation system, which kind of compensates.

    Fabulous

A bit overpriced for a 20 person dorm, would expect breakfast or smaller dorm for the price. I will say that privacy is great in that each bunk bed is provided a black screen that you can pull over your bed for sleeping. Staff is very nice and helpful. And a below-bunk locker is provided

    Very Good

The hostel facilities were very good, the curtains provided much appreciated privacy. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The hostel was just outside the main area, so it was nice and quiet but only a short walk away from the main downtown.

    Good

I booked a female dorm and when I got there it was just one big mixed dorm with 28 beds. Thank god there were curtains around the beds. The dorm had auto lights which meant the lights were on pretty much all night. It was quite loud and echoey throughout the whole place and the floor was always dirty. Really had no atmosphere, nothing to do. The location isn’t great either, at least 15 mins walk to anything. The only good thing is the staff were lovely and there was a good locker under the bed.

In terms of Mallorca, I think you can’t go wrong with this place because the whole island is so expensive. That being said, this hostel experience was not the best - not a friendly atmosphere, not very clean, and kind of out of the way from things. If you come here try to rent a car to explore because I found that was a good way to see everything.

This hostel is clean and functional but there’s absolutely nothing in the way of atmosphere/hostel activities etc. The women’s dorm is not en-suite as listed but there is a communal bathroom for both dormitories down the hall. I stayed in March so it wasn’t very busy but I wouldn’t want to stay here during the summer because noise travels easily from then main room to the bedrooms. I can imagine it being difficult to sleep during busier periods. All in all I wouldn’t stay again.

I stayed at Singular Hostel for 3 days during my visit to Palma. The hostel is a bit further away from the city of Palma but very close to bus stop which makes it accessible. There is certain level of discrimination, the Wi-Fi didn't working half the time, had poor coverage. Had to request multiple times for change of bed which was not accepted till the last day. Place was a bit crowded with little ventilation. Atmosphere of the place was pleasant. There is cleaning staff available.

Beds are really confortable with all required details (lamps, curtain, side lockers, etc.) and staff really nice. Pity the rest is abs subpar. The 16-bed room is way too big and there is no isolation from the living room. Further, every time anyone enters the room, the lights turn on automatically. It is practically impossible to get a good night sleep without 3g in your blood. There is no kitchen and the 'meeting room' is not welcoming. The showers are defective, either freezing or burning.

This hostel was super dirty, with none of the toilets working, all leaky taps, and when I arrived, my bed was messy for the last person who had been there. The place also has no lockers and nowhere safe to keep your bags, so I had to keep my passport with me all day. There are no closely available outlets or bedside lights in the rooms, and you have to pay for wifi, which is not normal in 2018, and at a pound/hour, it's not a completely reasonable price. I would definitely not stay here again.
