Sky Backpackers was in the perfect location! Beds had outlets and lights individually and under-bed lockers were available. The hostel entrance is down an alley right off a main road with easy access to everything you could want. We loved it!

Sky Backpackers is clean, centrally located and it was a great hostel for a short stay. Reception staff friendly, breakfast basic but good, nice lounge area. The atmosphere wasn’t very social but there are daily events you can go to if you’re looking to socialise. The bed wasn’t too comfortable and there’s a lot of noise from the bar down the road - bring some earplugs.

Loved this hostel! Would definitely stay here again. Only one thing that I wasn’t happy with, specifically asked for a girls dorm, which was fine, however a male, who I presumed was the cleaner but it was unclear as he did not announce himself, came into the room at 6am while everyone was sleeping to clean/check the bathroom. Seems a bit strange to me. Overall hostel was great.

Wonderful, clean, comfortable place. Nice living room lounge area and kitchen. Staff were great. Only problem: the extremely loud cover band playing at the bar across the street until the wee hours. If any soundproofing can be done, it should be!

Great location, funky hostel, super helpful staff, nice selection of breakfast choices. A couple of issues with the dorm - I ended up with an underbed storage locker which rolled out towards a pillar in the room - this meant it was very difficult to access and get anything into or out of. Also, I was surprised that the mattress on the top bunk was quite lumpy and uncomfortable... Other than this is was a pleasant stay and very good value.

This hostel was ok. The location is great, the security with a keypad outside and keycards for rooms was nice and the staff who worked at the front desk were amazing. But it just seemed to be lacking the fun environment I think I was looking for. Also, the staff that wasn’t at the desk seemed to be surly and unhappy. The rooms were clean but PAINFULLY quiet. Like... you might thing quiet is good but it was jarring so. Although they had the social evenings they weren’t well attended.

Few nights in a 6 bed dorm with ensuite bathroom which had nice overhead shower. Off season so not so busy, good breakfast, nice bunks with underbed storage and plenty plugs. One of the best hostels in Dublin.
