Great stay, and the welcome is so warm and friendly. The people make the place! I love that you have your own little room in a 6 bed dorm! Really worth staying in! Will be back!

This was one of the most comfortable hostels I have stayed in. You had quite a bit of privacy even in the large dorm. The staff was AMAZING. They were very helpful and kept the place clean. There's not much of a hang out area to meet other travelers but there is a small kitchen. Bathrooms and showers were good and were always kept clean.

By the time I got to Lisbon I had been partying way too hard and just needed a place to get a good nights sleep before flying home. This place was perfect. You have your own private little pod to sleep in with a comfy DOUBLE mattress and your own light, plug socket and hanging rail! The room was ensuite with a clean bathroom with hot showers. I had a great stay and slept so well the cleaner had to wake me up to tell me it was checkout time! Not a party hostel.

All in all good experience, but contrary to the information on the website towels were only available for extra charge. The lockers are also very small, so no opportunity to store luggage. Cleanliness was okay.

Nice hostel but needs a lot of work. I slept in a wooden fort. It was so hot I swear just thinking about moving. Bathrooms were interesting too. Small showers if your bigger it's hard to enter them because the way the door opens. Air conditioning is not working well. For €22 is too much

Positives: very friendly staff, good twin room with plenty of space, good clean bathroom Could be improved: communal area is dark and not conducive to socialising, especially as staff often using it. Bed very squeaky every time you turn over. Very thin walls so can hear people in next room turning over in bed (also very squeaky), coughing, talking etc. No hob top so can't even make yourself pasta - just a toaster and microwave so very difficult to self cater. No laundry facilities.

Area was good. Unfortunately my money got stolen. Very dark inside so make so the atmosphere felt a little isolated.

The staff was very rude and was talking on the phone while recieving us. Ignored our questions and repeatdly called new people. Probably the worst service and welcome we've ever gotten. The entrance had dirty towels everywhere. Our room was right next to the entrance and you can hear everything through the "wooden" wall. Room was still cozy but not worth the money.
