I stayed four nights from Monday till Friday. Its a nice hostel with helpful staff and in generell with a nice atmosphere. The breakfast is not included but you won‘t get a breakfast outside for 50 DKK. The hostel is in a nice and quit area of Copenhagen with a lot of bars and restaurants. Its not far away from the Central Station. The bathroom/showers are not in the rooms. You have shower cabins for all on, but they were clean. I can recommand this hostel for a stay in Kopenhagen.

This place has a very chill environment. There was mold in the showers, but the rest of the hostel was pretty clean.

This place was perfectly located, had a really chill vibe, and generally good facilities. The bedrooms are definitely cramped, making you feel a bit claustrophobic. If you're planning to spend most of your time exploring the city, however, this might not be a problem. Acceptable bathrooms, showers, cafe, internet, etc. I would recommend this place for the price given that it's located in the heart of one of Copenhagen's most exciting neighborhoods.

The bad (for me): There was a giant panel/room separator between the bunk next to mine and mine, and when any of the four people moved a little bit in their sleep, it would cause the panel to swing back and clank on the other bunk, which was very loud and also shakes your bed and wakes you up. The other hostel visitors weren't that friendly (didn't say 'hi' back when I said hi, just went back to what they were doing). GREAT location and amazing staff though! Would recommend to go w/ a friend.

Really nice hostel in a good part of the city. No kitchen facilities, not enough toilets, and the cleaners start on the showers at 10am which is a bit early. Fantastic in every other way though - would recommend!

Great pillows. However, there was major construction occurring outside. I spent one night in the main building, and it woke me up well before 8, and continued all day. The 2nd day, I was in a separate building, and they were power washing the exterior and we had to walk through an inch of water to leave the building, leaving our shoes wet throughout the day. While that is not the hostel’s fault, a simple “sorry for the construction, here’s a free coffee” would have gone a long way.

I wasn’t super happy with this Hostel. The pillow was way too big to use comfortably, but worse there were lights that would turn on and off throughout the night waking me up each time. I wouldn’t stay again.

Just came off a really long flight and the guy in the morning wouldn't let me use the shower before the 2pm check in. Then I also didnt get my room untill 4:30pm!!! Probably wouldn't stay here again because of these things but a shame because the staff were really nice and it was a nice hostel. Also didn't enjoy paying 20 to use a towel.

Sleep in Heaven says

I think our hostel is ideal for backpackers and students, travelling alone or in smaller groups, who want to experience the unique culture of Copenhagen and especially the sprawling and urban atmosphere of Nørrebro, the hip neighborhood.
We like to have fun around here, whether it's socializing in our huge chill-out zone or relaxing in our candlelit beer garden. There's also foosball, pool and other games and if you want to go out the local bars and clubs offer our guests discounts and free entrance.
Our spot is really what makes us unique, though. Near our hostel is Jægersborgade (for the best cafes, shops and restaurants), the Assistens Kirkegård cemetery (where Hans Christian Andersen and Soren Kierkegaard are), Blågårdsgade & Sankt Hans Torv (full of small cafes and bars), Rust & Stengade 30 (for clubs) and Ravnsborggade, if you're into second-hand shopping. In fact, our dedicated young student team are happyt o offer all their best local insider tips to Copenhagen! Christian, Owner
