General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 2 weeks prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy

- Free cancellation period, 2 weeks prior to arrival.
- No refund will be possible for any cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival

The following group types are not accepted by this hostel: Junior / Primary School If you have misrepresented the type of group you are booking for, your booking may be cancelled by the hostel."

Additional Info:

- 2 Night Minimum stay
- Groups will need to pay a £100 security deposit in case of damages or rule breakage and which will be refunded on checkout.

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

    Was a great stay! Easy check in and good staff! The room was clean and well priced. Comfortable beds with curtains for privacy. It was a right in Camden so everything was really close by but also it was a few minutes away from the nearest tube station and right by a bus stop so you could easily travel around London. Great place.

    Shower in room was cold water and when turned on it sprayed outside the cubicle couldn’t adjust it.

    I only stayed for 1 night. I had a really noisy guy sleeping on the bunk above me. He just kept tossing and turning all night which was pretty annoying. Also Fleming out of the window which was pretty disgusting. There were curtains on the beds for extra bit of privacy which is always a plus for me. Cleanliness wasn't great in the hostel, showers were tiny and not much vibe at all. Great location though - their right in the heart of Camden! One major problem is no lifts available.!!

    All seemed fine until the middle of the night when my partner woke up with massive blisters left by bed bugs. The staff took note of it and agreed that those were bed bug bites. They have also said that from time to time something like this can happen in a hostel. Not in my experience nor in my wife's! We have both stayed in countless hostels until now and we've never had this bad experience. The Royal Free hospital had our suspicions confirmed. Now the hostel is ignoring us. In COVID-19 times!

    unfortunately due to the covid-19 situation i couldn't travel, i have contacted them twice unsuccessfully via email and phone to cancel my reserve or try to re schedule. No one has ever contacted me back, they just ignored my messages. i know this situation isnt their fault , they could at least have replied.

    I felt super unsafe, I stayed for one night and all the other people apparently lived there. The fridge was super packed and the kitchen dirty until it was cleaned by staff in the morning. My roommate ate in the room which smelled and they were loud long after 10. Super loud location and the shower was so small that it made the whole bathroom wet. Bathroom was not clean at all. Neither was the room as the long term people had all there household there.
