Hostelworld says

Sophie's Hostel has been favourably compared to a hotel, with 'spotlessly clean', 'smart-looking and comfortable' rooms and 'beautiful, modern minimalist decor', according to our users. Hostelworld guests say they like this hostel's position in New Town, saying it's 'a very quick metro ride to the Old Town Square' and 'only three blocks away from Wenceslas Square, but you are also a little bit out of the tourist old town so there are some great local restaurants nearby with amazing traditional Czech food'. We like that some of the dorms in this hostel don't have bunk beds.

Sophie's hostel was very clean, friendly, and had all of the amenities that one could ask. One major highlight is that the staff, and in particular the general manager, who are incredibly kind and reasonable people. I had a big favor to ask when checking out and they went way way out of their way to generously help me. If you want a great place to sleep and people who aren't out to get you, come stay here!!

Such a cool hostel in a great location! About 10 minutes walk from the river and then it’s so close to a lot of food places if you need. The room was really clean and new feeling and there was also a seperate bathroom and kitchen included in your room which was so cool, have never seen a hostel like this before. Would highly recommend staying here.

Even though this hostel is about 20 mins away from the center. It’s worth it . Mainly because you can find more authentic and affordable restaurants near by away from the touristy area . I stayed in the female dorm . It was really mice to sleep on a normal bed vs a bunk bed style .

I stayed in the 5 bed feme dorm. It had a small kitchen, ensuite bathroom, and the beds were all single beds(instead of bunks) which I loved. I loved everything about this hostel, the room was clean, the bar/hangout area was well fun and inviting. The staff were very helpful too. I'd definitely stay again and would recommend others to as well.

Lovely little hostel about 20/25 minutes walk from the town centre. Helpful staff (some great coffee shop recommendations!) and all very clean. Bar area was nice but not the most vibrant - suited me really well, but probably not the place to go if you’re after nightlife. Breakfast at the hostel was very average. Walking tour fantastic. Can rent towels which is very handy. All in all a great stay, iI’ddefinitely go again - very good value for money!
