Overview

With Paris’ international station Gare du Nord just a three-minute stroll away, we're well connected at St Christopher’s Inn. And with Belushi’s (the bar that has Paris' biggest happy hour) just downstairs, our hostel's ideal for meeting new people. Hang out with fellow travellers and make the most of the special 2-for-1 drinks deals and 25% off food (yes really!). And when you get back from our free city walking tour, you'll be thankful for our elevators!

Location

We’re located in the bohemian 10th arrondissement – less than an hour's train ride from Charles de Gaulle airport. Once you’ve made use of our handy online check-in (up to 24 hours before arrival), take the Métro at Gard de l’Est to Notre Dame and switch lines for the Arc de Triomphe and La Tour Eiffel (Eiffel Tower). Foodies should check out the Marché Saint-Quentin, just a five-minute stroll away. If art's more your thing, jump on the Métro for seven stops to see the Mona Lisa at the Louvre – she's smaller than you think!

Rooms and Dorms

Our rooms, including mixed and female-only dorms, have heating to keep you cosy, and under-bed locker storage to keep your hand luggage and valuables secure. Every 'POD' bed has its own curtain, power plug and reading light – how’s that for scrolling and snoozing in peace? If you're after a bit more solitude, you can book one of our private rooms with an en-suite bathroom – ideal for couples.

Living out of a backpack? Linen’s included, so you don’t need to worry about carting around a towel or sleeping bag. We’ve got a self-service laundry room too: hello fresh socks! Our friendly, multilingual staff are always manning the 24-hour reception, to help you with whatever you need, including buying tickets for the city's biggest attractions. And if Paris isn’t your final destination, we’ll get you back on the road with discounted tickets for bus routes throughout Europe at our tour desk. Bon voyage!

Location is great! Close to metro and train station. Dorms and facilities are clean. The bar is the center of the hostel and it's great! So many special events for every day of the week with delicious food and drinks. Beds are comfy and the USB ports in each bunkbed is a nice plus. Staff is amazing aswell, especially the lovely Tess from Netherlands who was more than happy to help me with all my questions, and even took time out of her day to show me the laundry room! Highly recommended!

This hostel runs like a well liked machine. Rooms are great, comfortable beds, all the facilities you could want, smooth check in and check out, nice staff, clean and perfectly located. Stay here and do yourself a favour!

    Fabulous

The location is conveniently close to the train station but the area is not the nicest - lots of men loitering around and it smells very unpleasant. It made me uncomfortable as a solo female arriving at night, although it’s not much better during the day. Be smart and you should be fine. The beds were clean but the bathrooms smelt terrible. While I didn’t have much time, the atmosphere seems great and everyone is really chatty and friendly. Receptionist were curt.

I didn’t sleep well because I kept getting bitten by mosquitoes. the hotel perhaps could do something about it. Also the room has a fan but was still way too hot.

    Fabulous

The location by the Gare du Nord was great since I took the Eurostar, and it was easy to access a lot of transport. My biggest complaint is that the charging port on my bed did not work, and when I told the staff about reception they said it would be addressed the next day and it wasn't. I stayed on the weekend so the music from the bar area was quite loud and reached my room late at night even though they provided earplugs.

    Fabulous

Nice rooms, awesome beds with curtains and real mattresses. Not a very social atmosphere because they have a bar instead of a lounge. Showers were awesome, they had a bench and hook for your stuff - not super clean but also not too bad. Great security: security guards, key card access to your floor and room, and awesome lockable crate storage under your bed. The airport train line drops you off 2 mins from the hostel - great location and easy to get to attractions.

Terrible WiFi. Nonexistent for much of the trip. Shower head was broken. They charge for locker storage and late checkout which greatly hinders your ability to see the city on the day of check out or check in.

Perfectly fine hostel— the location right next to the train station is really nice, it’s pretty easy to get anywhere by metro from there. If you’re into convenience, cleanliness and privacy, this is a great hostel— if you’re looking for a homey, welcoming feel and friends, probably not.

The way the building is designed you cannot escape the noise. Extremely loud music until 2am. Lots of people making tons of noise on the balconies. Bathrooms are gross and prone to flooding. Neighborhood is kind of scary at night. Staff was very friendly but unfortunately the hostel is lacking in many areas.
