General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 2 weeks prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy

Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation date is possible up to 60 days before arrival

All changes made after free cancellation date will be charge accordingly to our policy:
60 – 31 days before arrival ------------------ 30% of the total cost of cancelled rooms/nights
30 - 15 days before arrival------------------ 50 % of the total cost of cancelled rooms/nights
14 – 8 days before arrival------------------ 75 % of the total cost of cancelled rooms/nights
7 - 0 days before arrival------------------ 100% of the total cost of cancelled rooms/night

The following group types are not accepted by this hostel: Junior / Primary School, High / Secondary School, College / University, Business Trip, Sports Group, Cultural Group If you have misrepresented the type of group you are booking for, your booking may be cancelled by the hostel."

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Property Description

Station ApartHotel is located just few steps from the Main Train/Bus Station and big shopping mall - Galeria Krakowska.
It offers twenty six redecorated and redesigned rooms with private or shared bathrooms.
Rooms are sunny and comfortably equipped.

We also invite you to the nearby restaurant Pasjo, where we offer breakfast.

    Top place to stay. most friendly & helpful Staff you will find anywhere. Always a smile & ready to help. Rooms clean & private. Shared bathroom always clean & serviceable. great breakfast & bar facilities, including downstairs dining & outside chill-out area. Could not have been happier with our stay. But Staff were the standout - nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Station Aparthotel to any wanting a great stay in Krakow..Well done Guys & keep up the great work....Rob & Chace

    Nice little accomedation stayed hear for 3 days in ensuite single room, room was decent size for single person free Wi-Fi litraly 2 min walk from main transport links 5 min walk from central shopping plaza 10 mins walk from old town has a restaurant under it a restaurant across road a 24h kebab place over road and 24h corner shop 2 min walk away fairly quiet location was there 3 days an saw 2 other people would recommend

    Excellent accommodation for staying in when visiting krakow, is about 5 minutes from the central station which has direct trains to krakow airport and other cities across Europe. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the old town city centre. Cleanliness was excellent and staff very helpful.

    Enjoyed stay. Room was very clean which was done every day. Very close to public transport. Saturday night was very noisy otherwise good.

    Reasonably good hostel. Felt quite safe as a solo female traveler. Good if you want a quiet stay - definitely not the place to go if you want a party hostel. Location was good - right next to train station and big shopping mall.

    I stayed 3 nights in Station Aparthotel (May 28 - May 31), when I made the reservation they charged me 190 PNL in my credit card as a "Pre-authorization charge", when I got there I paid the full pending amount without considering this charge. After almost one month (and many many emails from my side) I haven't received any reply from the hotel related to the refund of this charge. I just asking to have my money back!
