Wonderful location that is close to many attractions in London. Grocery and pharmacy within 1 min walk of the front door as well. We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff let us into our room early so we could nap after travelling all day/night. We would stay here again. Be prepared for stairs if you're staying here though...we were on the 5th floor. Thankfully, we had backpacks. It would be tough with suitcases. Room was clean and sheets/pillows/blankets were provided.

Excellent location, friendly staff, check-in straightforward. We booked a private double room which was definitely in need of some TLC (carpet coming up, ripped bed linen) but perfectly acceptable for the two nights we were staying in London. WiFi didn’t reach our room either but could be accessed in the bar. Breakfast was typical hostel breakfast - milk and cereal, bread for toasting, coffees and juices etc. Loads of alternatives on the doorstep tho - Pret, Greggs etc.

It is a great location and I had no problems with the narrow staircase. The security door broke halfway through my trip, but I wasn't concerned as I was all the way on the 6th floor. From which the views were great! My only issues were the bath facilities (no extra toilet paper leaving me stranded early in the morning) and the shower head didn't connect to the wall making showering awkward. But the staff was always very polite and helpful.

For the price you pay, and the very central location, I guess you can't expect a lot from the hostel. This was not a very nice hostel, the rooms were super crowded, the bathrooms were old and not very nice and overall I felt a little bit disgusted by the place. BUT! You can't get a better location, the staff were helpful and you needed a code to get inside, so in my opinion, it was still worth it!

I’m on the fence about my review as there were good & bad points. Able to drop off my bag (super early), the bed was like a cloud, good location. Staff so-so, shower NEEDS overhauled - limescale build up, wonky head, door wouldn’t close so ended up soaking floor. Light sensor in the cubical?! Who’s idea was that? And another potential hazard. Light in my room was like a strobe light which made packing/getting changed a challenge. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

Very old with no maintenance. I was in a room on the 6th floor without lift. No WiFi in the rooms. Super old bathrooms. In the shower room it was not possible to close the window, so you have to shower in the cold, a strategy maybe? Toilets and shower room clean. Pictures on the website are from an other hotel strand. Very poor breakfast. For maximum 2 days, some flexibility and no expectation of European standards you can handle it. Amazing position.

The place was very noisy and the shower was broken. It also did not seem like the cleanest place.

The hostel is terrible. We checked in and did not stay even 10 minutes. But they charged full amount and did not return at least a part of payment.
