If I could rate this place higher I would. Taso’s house was hands down the best hostel experience we’ve ever had; everything was immaculate and clean, they had the best hostel showers we’ve seen, Taso and his sister are brilliant people and went out of their way to ensure our stay was the best it could be. They do the best free breakfast you’ll find anywhere and Taso’s self-run day-tour of the region is superb. We would honestly plan another trip to Mostar just to stay here again, it’s amazing.

It felt more like a shared apartment than a hostel! Relaxing place, good to meet people. Taso and his sister are great people and have interesting things to tell and talk about, I learned a lot - thank you! :)

Loved my stay at Taso's house. He made everyone feel welcome and the breakfast was an added bonus. The tour around Herzegovina he did was fantastic as you got to see places you wouldn't within having a car or knowing where to go. The small size of the hostel makes it very easy to meet people and make friends. My favourite hostel from my trip.

One of the coolest hostels I’ve ever stayed in. Would highly recommend. Great for solo travellers (as I was). The breakfast was amazing. Facilities also good - standard for a hostel. Would recommend.

I had a very comfortable stay at Taso's House. The gentleman on reception was helpful and friendly and there were two small, tidy, and pleasant common areas including an outside and inside space. To my delight I was given a single bed in a 4-bed dorm room (the room comprised 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds) with a bedside table, and strong aircon. The free breakfast was tasty. A small downside - it was around a 30 minute walk from the bus station, though taxis were available.

    Very Good

Very uncomfortable stay overall like a handful of other reviews detail. Watched a member of staff harass a female guest when I arrived and thought it was just a misunderstanding. Then I got verbally accosted by Taso himself in front of other guests which after talking to other guests isn’t rare (how are most reviews so positive then)? One male guest in the hostel was leaving early due to being uncomfortable. I think if you’re relatively independent while traveling you might run into issues here.
