The food is overpriced and is served in suck small amounts, especially for dinner. At times the food was not cooked properly and we were not able to exchange it for something else. Everything else is good. Online they need to update their prices, because when we went to check in, a completely different balance was there.

Good location to park with very regular buses outside entrance. Very clean with good facilities and a really nice pool. Stayed in a 4 bed basic dorm with 3 friends. Room was very tight and only had a fan. I probably would have paid the extra five dollars for an air conditioned room with more space if i was to stay again. One big complaint would be that the restaurant is way over priced and the dishes too small. You're better off going into the village close by to eat! Overall nice hostel though

Excellent hostel, it is well equipped with facilities. Bathrooms are shared by all the rooms but still has a private feeling with a door which can be locked. The rooms has no air conditioner only fans which is kind of sucks when you are 16 people in the same room.. The bar includes a variety of food (Israeli and Arabic mostly) but a bit expensive. The location is a bit problematic because to get to the nearest bus station you have to walk up in the hill - it is harder than it sounds.

I had difficulty rating this hostel because there were parts that I loved and parts I didn’t like. The staff was super helpful and some of the absolutely nicest people. The place itself is beautiful and clean. It’s more of a hotel though than anything. They had activities scheduled but some were not followed through with or promoted So I wouldn’t come here solo. Unless you love walking long distances, the location is not good as it’s pretty far from the main places and the beach.

4 bed dorms are far too small and cramped. The bunk beds were uncomfortable and both the ladders were broken and dangerous. Pool area and restaurant were nice.

Although this is a nice place we found it to be over priced at around €45 pp. We stayed in a fan room for the first night which was too warm so we upgraded to aircon, there was also loud music playing 2 of 4 nights we were there making it difficult to sleep. The restaurant is nice but expensive. The staff at the reception were not particularly helpful or friendly. It is inconvenient to get anywhere from the hostel as there is no pathway on the road and you have to walk on the road to get to the

They advertise this place as an eco hostel/hotel but it’s nothing more then an Americanized place that wants to get the most money out of you. They don’t serve organic food. The typical breakfast was almost 5000 colones and they claim to only charge 3 dollars for breakfast. The staff is very inflexible and it seems you are checking in a place where everything rolls like a machine. Place without a soul, nothing more then a party hostel that happened to have a forest behind it. Not recommended

Don´t order the pancakes. Its rubbery dough you´re not allowed to send it back. Staff seems very confused. Checking in or paying takes a long time. Location is annoying, its a hike to the bus to the beach. Website is weird (you can sign up for one room and end up in another.) Dont shower at the same time as other ppl or else no heat/water pressure. Towels provided. Soap smells weird. No shampoo/conditioner. Beds are extremely small and squeaky. Room is extremely hot. Top bunk is colder.
