Awesome location, exactly where you want to be to explore La Paz, but also on a pedestrian only street so no traffic noise at night. Directly across the street from Higher Ground, one of the best cafes in town. Staff were incredibly helpful with allowing us to store luggage and check in early. Rooms were clean and basic, nice chilled atmosphere during the day. Good showers. Highly recommend! Also the hostel cat, Gin, is so sweet and adorable!

Good hostel. Good location, bed was comfortable enough. Rooms were cleaned and the beds were made every day which was nice. Hot water in the showers, good breakfast and good good in general. Location is perfect. A few minutes from San Francisco square, and it's just in front of a very very good cafe/restaurant for some western style food if you need it.

This place was great overall, good breakfast, and cool vibe BUT a member of the staff (male) would enter our room frequently just to "chat" and once came in as I was trying to discreetly change quickly. He made an inappropriate comment and I didn't feel super comfortable knowing he worked there and also felt as though it was fine to just waltz into the room for no good reason.

Nice hostel. Friendly staff. Great location. There didn’t feel like there was much of a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Good for a night or two.

A decent hostel in a great location. Bedroom and bathrooms were really clean. Bed was comfy and blankets provided were warm for the cold nights in La Paz. Floor boards did make a bit of noise as you walked on them in the room or hallway. WiFi worked well and fast. Breakfast was also pretty decent. Wasn’t much of an atmosphere at the time we stayed, as not many people around. The hostel can be a little on the cold side as it’s quite open, but there are heaters in the bar area which help.

    Very Good

Very quiet place but excellent location in the heart of the city. We had to wait quite a long time for a shower in the morning but the facilities were clean. The breakfast was nice however again we had to wait a while again as there is limited seating. WiFi did not work in our 6 bedroom dorm.

Loud party hostel where you could clearly hear the conversations at the bar even from the other side of the large building. My jacket disappeared from the side of my bed in the night, and none of the staff seemed surprised or concerned. Showers very updated and good breakfast but would not stay again.

This is the kind of hostel that you kinda get what you pay for, not much. Its cheap, centrally located, and the breakfast is great, those are the goods. The bad is its really crowded so you fight for shower time, the bar itself is poorly stocked, esp. for a place with "brew" in the name, and the staff seems a little confused. They charge you for towels, and to print. Worst part is the wifi does NOT work in the rooms, and hardly works in the common area, and the beds are horribly uncomfortable.

-rooms don’t lock, anyone can go in and out -cold showers -there are only 4 lock boxes in the 12 bed dorms -the top bunk doesn’t have a proper ladder nor does it have something to hold onto -there are several holes in the roof -the showers and toilet cubicles don’t lock or close -the luggage store room is tiny and they store open paint in the room... paint went ALL THROUGH my bag, no apologies. -some beds do not have access to a Power point Pros: hostel cat! (If you’re allergic don’t visit)
