My primary concern was social distancing as I had a business agenda with no time to quarentine first. A suite with kitchen and a Whole Foods Market a few blocks away made that easy. Top marks for cleanliness, quiet and staff.

The baroness is closed, so you stay right across the street. While the interior of the hotel tells you that its a 2 star place. The room quality is like any 4 star hotel. Sheets are nice and clean. You can’t beat the location and price. Especially with how rampant street parking is.

cute spot, great location. i dont think that there is AC... there might have been but i didn't see a thermostat anywhere. i opened the window and was fine. the area is nice and quiet so opening the window was not an issue for noise.

Staffs are v friendly. They taught us to purchase ORCA card at Westlake station and to top to the e- purse. Location is very good. Next to the bathroom of the lobby you can find information center where you can find maps and trips tips. I am pretty glad that they have microwave, oven in addition to refrigerator. No need for air-con at October beginning so it's fine for us. Pretty a happy stay. Only the restaurant is a bit expensive, but Seattle is expensive.

The Baroness is a vintage property next to a hospital, a good location on a quiet street near the downtown and on Capital Hill. The staff are great. This being a pandemic, I spent almost all my time in my room. I actually needed to use the kitchen, and it is old and ready for a full replacement of range, oven and sink. The bathroom is small but well maintained. And I stayed long enough I needed the laundry room and it is fine. The computer center in the lobby has a printer, which I needed.

We found the Baroness Hotel clean and comfortable and within walking distance to downtown shopping. Our only complaint was the rooms were very outdated. The furniture and carpets have not been changed since Franklin Roosevelt was President.

A very old hotel. There was a stove and microwave in the room but nothing to cook with or any utensils to eat with. There was no mirror that allowed you to check how you were dressed. A small vanity mirror in the bathroom was all that was available.
