Incredible hostel with amazing staff!! We arrived very early on our bus from Uyuni and they let us into our room at 0600 to sleep at no extra cost! The breakfasts are delicious, the private double room we had was extremely spacious and comfy bed. We took spanish lessons at the hostal which were great and really good value. Only planned to stay for 4 nights but stayed for 8 as we LOVE Sucre. Also used the laundry service twice and it was great! 10/10 stay, would highly recommend!

Loved this hostel, ended up staying longer than we planned. They offer Spanish lessons for great value and we had a great teacher. Breakfast was also great, French toast and pancakes at the weekend! There were nice communal areas creating a lovely social atmosphere. The location was also convenient, really close to a supermarket and the rest of town. Overall would really recommend for anyone staying in sucre.

Absolutely loved The Beehive. They’re a women run hostel, every staff member was very kind and helpful. The volunteers were amazing, kitchen was in good shape, and it was the best free breakfast I’ve had at a hostel yet :) definitely recommend staying here

One of our favourite hostels so far on our trip. Such a lovely atmosphere in the day as there are so many places you can sit and chill. The best breakfast in the morning. Very easy to book spanish lessons and the teachers are very friendly. Really quick walk to the main plaza and to a supermarket. The kitchen is also very good so makes it easy to cook for yourself. There’s an early check in which was so helpful as we had a night bus.

This is a perfect and very sociable hostel. Due to it's structure with a central common area it is very easy to meet people. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dorms are spaceous and the bathrooms are generally clean (I would prefer a few more but it was ok when I was there).

Hostel was really cosy and had a very relaxed vibe to it. All the staff were great and the breakfast was nice. Beds were pretty comfy as well! Only thing I could suggest is to update the bathrooms a little, they felt a bit dirty and old.

This hotel has potential but I had a number of problems during my stay. The showers were dirty & only 3 out of 4 worked. On day 2- none of the showers worked & staff were nowhere to be found. The laundry I handed in came back dirty & smelly. A couple in my dorm found bedbugs & were moved but I was out & wasn’t informed until the following morning, only by other guests & not the staff. The room wasn’t even cleaned after the discovery. I ended up moving to another one after 2 nights!

Unfortunately had a number of issues and left earlier than planned. I understand this is Bolivia and not everything works so can understand one plug in a 6 bed dorm and only one shower working for an entire hostel. My laundry however came back dirty and very damp. My main issue was finding out bed bugs had been found in my dorm around 10pm (hostel team made aware) but I didn’t know until the next day, so slept in the room with my belongings on the floor. No apology or explanation given.
