Very convenient location for the station and city centre. I was able to park free round the corner on Saturday night, but there are plenty of car parks in the area. The host, Graham was very welcoming and helpful. The kitchen had good facilities, tea/coffee were available free of charge, which was very kind. A variety of shops and pubs in the area. Overall, felt very safe travelling on my own.

The bunkroom was a really good place to stay. Me and my partner got given a room to ourselves with a double bed even though we had only paid for a dorm, because we went at a quiet time, so that was really nice. Kitchen facilities are good, the garden looked lovely. I didn't use the living/dining room. The pub across the road is very good though, particularly if you like real ale/craft beer! Had a little trouble getting in touch with the owner regarding late check in, but all got sorted. :]

The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Beds and bedrooms super comfortable, and showers were a dream. All the cookware and showers in impeccable condition. Warm and welcoming though there was a really quiet vibe. Really close to the stations.

    Very Good

This hostel was fine for a one night stay. The beds were comfortable enough and the kitchen had all the amenities. It might have just been when I stayed here (a Friday night in June) but it felt like it was majority middle aged people and was very difficult to find anyone to socialise or do anything with, so if you were looking to meet people this probably isn't the best hostel. Wifi doesn't work in the common room

Firstly there was no reception upon arrival. However a guy did ring me to give me the codes to get in. He said he would text me to let me know where the key would be left. However he did not tell me where the key would be so I had to stay elsewhere
