A delightful find after trying many different hostels in the London area. Clean, secure, and quiet with a great location close to the Rotherhite Overground station. One of the best bargains in London!

The hostel is very well maintained and close to Canada Water tube station. Hostel is very clean and in a good locality. I enjoyed the comforts of clean linen and comfortable bed. Will recommend anyone looking for a quaint, quiet place yet well connected to city central.

The Finnish staff are friendly and helpful. I felt welcome and comfortable immediately. The location is close to everything, and the walk to both Canada Water tube stop and Rotherhite short and scenic through parks and historic areas. There is a great store on the premises where Finnish hand made goods as wells delicious Finnish chocolate and many items for wear. I appreciate the quiet atmosphere, respectful of the church nearby where it is possible to pray and reflect as well.

Spotlessly clean, easy to find. 4 stops on the Jubilee line from Waterloo. Stayed in the 4 bed ladies only room (on my own!). Lovely warm room for my chilly October stay, with kettle and mini fridge. Fresh linen and towel supplied. Mattress on the firmer side, but comfortable. Simple breakfast. Staff not at all chatty, if that suits you, great! Good value, would stay again.

    Fabulous

Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. Basic breakfast included which is a plus. Not much around that area but easy to get buses from there. The staff are really nice people and helped me a lot when I had some issues with my bank. Only downside is there is no atmosphere, if you are a solo traveller who likes to keep to themself this is perfect. They also had a microwave, fridge and kettle you could use. Great showers.

    Very Good

My room (4-bed all female) was basic. The beds were firm. One occupant was moving and had 4 suitcases which made things feel very snug. There was no privacy curtain or light for reading. I found it to be very basic. Nice having the ensuite and they provide towel and bedding. The breakfast was also good. Overall worth it if you're on a budget, but I recommend bringing ear plugs and a sleep mask!!

A very quiet, clean and sparse hostel with a 'silence from 10pm' rule. Has a tiny kitchenette with fridge, kettle and microwave but no comfortable space to relax or eat. There is a sofa area in the cafe bit, which we saw when we came down for breakfast, which was not available to us as there was a private party the night before. Probably a good nights stay if you are Finnish (which we're not) a church goer (also not) or an 'older' lone traveller.

    Good

For the price charged I would really expect more functional self catering facilities than a microwave and a sink. The common area is also pretty tiny and lacking. For positives the beds were comfortable and clean and the showers were spacious and had good pressure. It's a pretty quiet place so good for resting but not for atmosphere. Would stay again but only if there were no places of better value available for the night.

If you are older this is the place for you. I found everyone I met at the hostel to be over 40, minus the girl working reception. My bed sheets had hair all over them and the shower didn’t work. I was also unfortunate in that the women I was rooming with went to bed at 7:30 PM, so I was unable to unwind in the room as it was pitch black. They were up at 5 AM and when I awoke later I found coffee spilled all inside my carry-on/shoes/floor. Also, only one outlet to share with four people
