    Superb

Great place, I arrived after midnight. Even though the entrance to the bar had a huge line with security I was able to walk right in and within a couple minutes get settled. Yes the bar was loud, but with a great beat. The atmosphere was great. Phenomenal art. The place was kept clean. Minutes from the bus station or the shopping area. Staff was friendly and helped me get situated.

Absolutely stunning hostel in a very good location, hostel itself was great to hang out, some nice music and lots of great people around. Only downside it was not possible to sleep on Saturday night as was too noisy. Overall experience was great, will definitely be back

The hostel need new bedding and new pillows, it's like sleeping on no pillows. And the quilt was flat and old, and not enough lockers in the 10 bed rooms. Also the kitchen was a mess and no room in the fridge, but apart from that it's ok. It's better then the s**t h**e hostel in Bedmister.

I stayed 2 nights in room J (10 beds dorm). Everything was alright. Security was good, the staff helpful when needed, the room and bathrooms were clean. It was a bit noisy but that was expected considering the bar is just downstairs, which was actually convenient. Though inside the bar the music was very loud, not easy to have a conversation. But overall no problem at the Full Moon.

Very closer to the coach station, may need to take a bus from Train Station (Temple Meads). WiFi is close to non-existent, common room has two computers with Internet which were good. Music is almost always playing in the bar. Lighting in the room is a not adequate. Kitchen was good, washrooms were decent. Staff was mostly helpful and nice. Lockers may not be sufficient, I liked their bedding linen policy.

    Fabulous

Adequate. There's a cool bar downstairs and it's really close to the bus station, Beds are fine, with outlets. Some of the staff was really nice, some left a bad taste in my mouth. Showers facilities aren't great, but are clean enough. Kitchen is fine. Wifi is spotty but good enough. You have to put your own duvet cover on the blanket which is a pain in the ass, but I appreciate that I knew it had been washed.

Very noisy but I guess good for a party weekend as it is located right over a bar and near many clubs. Showers were ice cold. Ok for one night and suitable for a party visit.

This place was cool, but not really great for solo travelers as there was lots of groups and people seemed to stick to themselves. Most times I didn't see anyone at the bar under 40 or 50 years old, and most of them were locals out with their friends or something. Definitely not a place I'd go out alone at night in. Maybe it just wasn't my scene, but I almost checked out a day early... The rooms were clean and the staff were super awesome though!

    Good

In general, the room and toilets were super clean, the communal area could be cleaner. The location of the hostel itself is ideal for someone that doesn't know Bristol well, as it is super central and near a lot of bus stops. My only issue is that the safety lock provided by the reception was identical with one given to someone else from my room, so would recommend bringing your own. Also for the price, a small breakfast could be provided.

Solo traveller, crowds of people show up to this bar hard to know who the travellers are and who the locals are. Didn’t really get a friendly vibe so was hard to approach people. Went to the rock and bowl bar and hostel and met a nice crowd. Then went to a few bars with them. Showers here were horrific too felt like someone was on the other side of the wall picking water up with their mouth and spitting it on your head. Other than those things everything else was relatively ok. Been to worse.
