Comfortable, clean, modern, nice people. I thought the price was well worth it. The owner, Michael, went out of his way to be helpful.

The Hideout is possibly the nicest hostel we've stayed at, and we've been to many in all our years of travel. We recieved a warm welcome from Kathleen and the hostel itself is very comfortable. We had a lovely room ensuite with good beds and space to hang our clothes. Nice breakfast too with a variety of cereals, bread, fruit and cheese. A keeper!

This hostel was such a great find! Truly more like a budget hotel than a traditional hostel. My wife and I had a private room and it was lovely. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and it was priced better than about any other options in Dingle. Staff was wonderful and facilities (common area, kitchen) were well-maintained. Additionally, location, which is always key, was 10 out of 10. Minutes walk from everything Dingle had to offer. Loved The Hideout and would stay again!!

Nadine (the staff person on duty) went out of her way to help us out. The location is great. The rooms were very clean and it was great to have our own bathroom. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast with the addition of some lovely cheese. I would recommend this hostel. The on street parking was fine.

Welcomed as soon as we walked in, and given recommendations for places to go that evening! We had one of the very lovely private rooms, had its own locking door and en suite bathroom! It was a very comfortable nights sleep!

Loved my stay at hideout hostel the room was small but comfortable, had one of the nicest bathrooms I've had in a hostel, everything felt clean and modern across the building, separate kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Good breakfast The location is great as well, a short walk from everything that matters in dingle (Murphys Icecream!) would completely recommend a stay in Dingle!

Perfect location for exploring Dingle, free roadside parkings, close to large supermarket as well as local pubs etc. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was quiet without much guest interaction but people seemed friendly. The communal areas (kitchen/lounge) didn’t open until 8am which was a bit later that I would have liked as I’m an early bird and a morning tea would have been nice but overall a nice stay.

Lovely hostel! Nadine was so so helpful. Breakfast is extra delicious (includes fruit and cheese!), rooms are clean. Like many other reviewers, my complaint is that common areas are locked from 11pm-8:15am. There are no places in town for early risers to go, and it sucks not being able to grab my food if I want to start walking early. No milk available for tea except at breakfast. This would be my favourite place if they changed that rule to make it a bit more cosy.
