I enjoyed my stay here. Friendly staff, clean environment, happy hour (beer) I can not be any more happier! Also they serve breakfast which is a plus to get you going throughout the day. My first time at a hostel, and the experience was great. Also, super close (1 min walk from train station.) 100% recommend.

Truly fantastic. The mattress was so so comfy, comfiest I have had in a 3.5 month trip (and sometimes stayed in hotels!). Pillow was a bit rubbish. But that is literally my only negative. You have lockers, shelf with your bed, really spacious comon room plus the coffee/bar downstairs, laundry room on site, really nice staff, very close and convenient to main station.

This was second time to stay. Location is very good 👍 very quiet place. We can walk from Kyoto station. If you don't want to walk, you can take a metro. Just one stop.Bathroom is always clean. Bed is comfortable. Highly recommend it

Probably one of the best hostels I've stayed at in Japan! Very clean, modern and it has everything you might need. Only downside is that there is not a lot of social atmosphere but we were still able to meet a couple of people! Most hostels in Japan were pretty dead except for the ones in Tokyo.

Great location and staff, very clean and comfortable. Beds are large and there are privacy curtains on bunks. Location is good as it is close to a bus stop and a station. However these are not on the JR line. Only minor improvement that could be made is the breakfast that is included, as it was essentially toast and boiled eggs.

The staff are friendly and the facilities are very clean and well maintained. The only thing that was really not great were the pillows. I folded it and it was still way too thin, my boyfriend thought the same. Only small lockers for your valuables, but they were very secure with your own code. Shared kitchen space was small, but we didn’t plan on using it so it wasn’t a problem. Great location! Would stay here again.

Cool hostel. Café and bar down stairs common area and kitchen area upstairs. Within walking distance to Kyoto station and Tō-ji shrine. Fushimi Inari-taisha is also easily within walking distance, metro station and convenience store less the 50m. Awesome staff as well and coffee was not bad. I had a sore foot during my stay (too much walking as spending entire month of May in Japan) and staff gave me painkillers and band aids which was a bonus!!!
