Would definitely stay again. For the price, we got more than you would at similar types of hostels, and it was right in the middle of everything!

First hostel and SA city I’ve ever been to and walked away from the experience very happily. I made 2 great friends in my room, a couple more at the bar. Great place to spend your vacation in the best way.

Pretty great place. Definitely more of a party vibe (was VERY happy to have my earplugs!) Also loved that they provided a towel in the bathroom for wiping hands on after using the restroom. The Internet here was absolutely horrible though, very disappointing after staying at a hostel with decent internet.

Had a fun stay here - lots of communal space, the rooms were clean and had a good night out at the traffic light party. Showers weren’t always hot and the rooms were a little cold.

I'm not sure how this place as an "Awesome" rating for cleanliness. It was pretty gross. The drains smelled so bad we had to keep the bathroom shut tight in order to sleep and I had chewing gum stuck to the top of the bunk I was in. It was also very loud. My friends and I felt like we were living in an American frat house. I will say though, I appreciated the cheap food available at the bar, and the staff was very nice. A good value for your money and a good place to meet people.

If you’re an English speaking &/ solo traveller do not go to this hostel. We booked it thinking it was quite a vibrant hostel but it was quite the opposite. We arrived at 5:30 am and they shoved us outside into the open air lounge, we were freezing. The staff are so rude, especially the receptionists and The showers have black mould everywhere. The place has a general bad vibe. Stay at Pariwana down the road, we ended up moving there. 100 times better.
