Because you are making a Group Booking, there are additional Terms and Conditions that apply. Please read them and click 'I Accept' below to continue with your booking

General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card on arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy

1) A reservation for 6-10 rooms, 6-10 rooms can be cancelled 1 month before arrival without a
Charge. 50% of the payment should be transferred 1 month before arrival as a deposit, 1-5 rooms can be cancelled 2 weeks before arrival without a charge.
2) A reservation for more than 10 rooms, must be paid in advance, 50% of the total
Amount should be paid 2 months before arrival; the rest should be paid 1 month before arrival.
The whole group can be cancelled until 2 months before arrival without a charge,
6-10 rooms can be cancelled until 1 month before arrival, 1-5 rooms until 2 weeks before arrival.
3) 1-5 rooms can be cancelled one week before arrival free of charge
4) 1-3 can be cancelled 72 hours before arrival

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Property Description

The hotel is housed in a 18th century building and part of the famous 'United Europe' buildings, these are seven houses and every house is an example of a typical building style from seven European countries (England, France, Germany, Russia, Spain, Italy and Holland). The rooms are well equipped with modern facilities to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
The hotel is located at the Vondelpark, near to all Amsterdam's highlights such as the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, Albert Cuyp Maket, shops, bars, clubs and restaurants. The Roemer Visscherstraat is a quiet street, so you will be in the city centre of Amsterdam but still have a good night sleep.
The hotel offers many services and facilities such as a private garden with terrace, free wireless internet throughout the building, tickets to various museums and activities, a continental breakfast and free city maps.

Please note that the reception is open every day until 23.00 h and we will be happy to help you if you need any additional services, facilities or information about Amsterdam.

The location is perfect to explore the city and our staff will make sure your stay in Amsterdam is one to remember.

All the rooms come with Free Wireless Internet, Telephone, Flat-Screen TV with satellite channels, Heating, Working Desk: Hair Dryer, Ironing Facilities and Baby Cots are on request. Most of the bigger rooms include Safe as well.

    The guy at the reception, so unfriendly and obnoxious to talk to. The room given to me was in basement. For the price the tariff was okay. Not much facilities in the hotel though but the location is good. And they keep it clean.

    pros: the room was private, the entrance was secure and the location was right in the middle of everything. cons: It cost me $206.98 to stay in a closet for literally 11.5 hours. The room was tiny (which is to be expected), there was no window, and I felt like I needed a Sherpa to climb the stairs. There’s no late check out, no breakfast, and when you shower the entire “room” fills up with steam. For what I paid I was expecting more, but hey...welcome to internet booking 😜

    Made a reservation via website. I payed 5€ in advance for the reservation. On my bill were 39€, payed already 5€, that makes 34€ to pay at the reservation. No! I had to pay another 44€!!! Then I entered my room. It wasn’t cleaned at all. Old bed sheets, garbage bin wasn’t emptied.... So I asked to change the room- which was very easy and without complications. The new room was clean Another thing I want to mentioned to the receptionist is: Stop calling customers „honey“ ist inappropriat

    The room has no window . Its was so small for 2 people. The walls needs a painting and there were bugs in the room . I hate it !

    This was a disastrous booking. - Reception staff are rude - Rooms smelly and everything is cheap - The basement rooms were like a prison - The place is noisy - could not sleep - The TV is probably from 1990 For the price they are charging, this is NOT a good value for money
