I had a fantastic stay here. All the guests and staff were extremely friendly and fun to chat to, particularly Macarena, Frederick and Laura. Macarena was also really helpful when trying to extend my stay at the last minute! The Lake House is in a prime spot and all the activities are fun to participate in. Highly recommend the morning yoga and sunrise SUP with Ignassio. It felt like the place was constantly being cleaned which is a big bonus too.

Excellent hostel. Brilliant staff. Lovely outdoor space right on lake so a gorgeous setting. Activities and general vibe of guests was great, met loads of great people. You can swim in lake from end of pontoon directly at the hostel. Can book sunrise SUP from reception (recommend). Rooms were clean. Dorms had balconies, you can dry wet stuff/chill there. Dorm bathroom had beautiful view of lake too! Wednesday party was amazing! Free mojito class. Yes it’s a little pricey but 100% worth it IMO.

It’s more of a hotel/resort given the price but it’s justified by the amenities. There was always plenty of staff and they were so helpful and friendly, it’s very well run and organized. The only thing that was disappointing is that the front desk lady said we get 10% off rentals and tours, but once renting paddle boards the lady outside did not agree with this and charged us full price. Then I heard this happen to a few more ppl staying in the hostel. Otherwise, great stay!

This place is amazing. Located right in front of the lake you not only have a great view from your room, but also the opportunity to dip into the lake straight away. They have great parties on Wednesday and organise other events like cocktail making on other nights. Only minor thing; hardly any places outside in the shade.

Great hostel right on the lagoon front. Really nice vibe, activities arranged everyday so easy to meet people. There was a big party whilst we were there which was super fun. If that’s not your thing, we were here 3 nights and it was one 1 of them so still a great time. Shout out to Olivia one of the volunteers ! We did a great art class with her and she made Easter fun by doing an Easter Egg Hunt. She was amazing ! The hostel also has activities. I recommend the sunrise paddle boarding !

Awesome staff and awesome events going on. As a solo traveler there are plenty of opportunities to meet others. I just wish the dorm beds were a bit nicer- it’d be so easy to install curtains. Also the first couple of nights I was in a bed that had no shelf and was 15cm away from the wall so I couldn’t store anything as it would just fall down.

This is a really great hostel, run by young and friendly staff. They have at least 3 activities running every day which are excellently organised. I did a free Spanish class and a free mojito lesson, and then went on the picnic trip too, and they had a big party that night. I can't remember all of the staff names, but we did the trip with Oli!! Thanks for a great stay!

I was shocked at the price. I somehow reserved two nights here without realizing that it cost me 3x more than any other hostel on this 6-week trip. I guess some of the extra cost was for the free classes they offered, and the DJ party. But everything else was an additional cost. So I was confused why it was so expensive and why so many backpackers stay there for that cost?

Nice hostel with an amazing view of the lake and at night its even more beautiful. I arrived on a quiet night but I can see how this place would be quite lively. Beds were comfortable and shower was ok, no problems in the dorms. Staff were nice and food was good. You can do activities such as the boat tour around the lake which was really nice. And they have different activities everyday. The keylock system is a bit annoying because you keep resetting your lock lol, you will see when you arrive.
