Tony and Kathy were amazing. The black sand beach is a few minutes’ walk and there are quite a few restaurants nearby. The place is a piece of art. We absolutely loved our stay.

This place is in the perfect location, about a 3 minute walk to the black sand beach perissa which is amazing, only a few minutes to walk to the bus which can take you to Fira and from there you can go all over the island, isn’t the flahest/fanciest hotel but is not advertised as one so you get very good value for your money, tony and Kathy are lovely people and are very willing to help you out with anything, definitely recommend

Was a little hard to locate via Google Maps as it kept taking us the wrong way but we asked some local people and they showed us the signa for the hotel. Really lovely, welcoming hosts. Clean room.

Not a 5 star hotel, but it isn't advertised (or priced) as one either. We loved Tony's place, and our wallets did too. Tony and his family were unbelievably welcoming, and the art everywhere was quite cool. A short walk to the bus station and a 10 minute walk to the beach in Perissa. Would highly recommend for any budget traveler.

Owners were lovely, rooms had a great feel to them. The bathroom was rather small, toilet seat broken and towel rack came off the wall when I breathed on it. It’s budget accommodation but bed and room were clean just dated - which is fine by me :)

We had to use cash to pay our remaining balance once we arrived (which ate up most our spending money as we assumed we could use card) plus they charged us $20Euros for an “extra night” because we arrived at 4am (even though when we asked for an early check in they said it was okay) 🙄 the shower/bathroom situation is a disaster and no hand soap so bring hand sanitizer! Bed was comfy, ac worked well but absolutely no wifi. Location was great. But honestly skip Santorini it’s overrated..

We were welcomed by a screaming family and loud dog, Tony served us topless. There is no WiFi. Our shower water was diluted salt water, the shower head fell off the wall and the bathroom was constantly flooded. The electricity sockets hardly worked. The “kitchen” facilities had not been cleaned, ever! This “villa” looks absolutely nothing like the images. The only positive is the close proximity to the beach and the decent coffee shop down the road.
