I missed the kitchen menu esp pork sinigang and hot kalamansi juice during rainy season. I hope that kitchen menu will be available in the near future. I like the location because it is near to the airport, DFA, MOA, and Baclaran. Been to Townhouse since 2012, 2015, and 2019.

Never again. Booked the dorm for a quick night while passing through on my way to the airport. Figured since I only needed a quick sleep a cheap place was okay. The dorm was fully open on the ground level where the smell of urine wafted from the toilets only feet away and a dirty kitchen was my view. Snoring man on the next bunk, men loudly walking through at all hours, bathroom only half worked and no blanket or even a top sheet. Horrible nights sleep, got out of there ASAP the next morning.

It didn't match our expectation. The facilities are not good enough. If they can improve them better, it would be fine. However, the staffs are quite friendly and helpful.

This hotel was not as advertised online. On arrival it is difficult to find the door as you have to walk down a dark alley. Nobody answered the door for us -most likely because the door bell doesn't work. The toilet had no toilet paper. The bucket shower had a dead cockroach in it. The sink had ants. Our bed had no sheet. The lady at the front desk told us to arrive 3 hour early to the airport for a domestic flight which was totally incorrect. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff incharge is not friendly, not accomodating also the place you cant recognize it easily. When we arrive at tje place the staff told us that it's not the one that we book from the Hostel. We should go to the other place which she said its not comportable and noisy becaise there still an on going construction in the area and if we sleep their we have accompanied by the construction workers and its not safe. We stayed in Townhouse Manila and the saff told us that we need to add another 700

Worst hostel we have ever stayed at. We’ve been travelling as a couple for 6 months and have found nothing so terrible. Awful cleanliness, the MOST uncomfortable bed ever - i’d rather have slept on the floor. They overbooked us so charged us an extra ₽200 for the room when it was their mistake. Awful customer service & kept us waiting for half an hour. The room was like an oven - I know it’s cheap but it is by no means worth it. I would never go back and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.
