Great hostel. Amazing staff (friendly, helpful and great English). Really well designed hostel with nice common areas and only a couple blocks from everything. Delicious free breakfasts. Tasty dinners (though a little expensive given they're vegetarian). Our private room was very nice and clean - only thing I would change is to put blinds on the windows to keep out the morning sun. Didnt bother us too much but I might annoy others (though the windows are frosted for privacy).

Had such a nice relaxing time here, staff are so lovely. We stayed before & after doing the Ciudad Perdida which was perfect, so much space in the double bunks & bathroom facilities are fantastic. Great communal meals in the evening, so central to the town also. The staff were so accommodating, minding our bags while we were on the Lost City trek & allowing us to hang out for hours after we’d checked out. Unbelievable hostel - have never had a comfier bed! :)

I would say this is the best hostel in Santa Marta! Spent here 3 nights, before and after doing the Ciudad Perdida trek and was happy with my choice! The hostel is brand new, minimalist layout, HUGE beds (almost like a double bed), super kind nice staff, delicious breakfast, more delicious vegan dinners for a very good price, free water and nice vibes!!! Got sick after Ciudad Perdida and this was a perfect place to recover! Thank you lovely staff!!!

Our stay at the Tunido Hostel was overall amazing and relaxing. We were a group of four people, which consisted of two male and two female varying from ages 22-25. We were greeted by one of the hostel employees named Will, who later told us was volunteering for the hostel. We were amazed how hard-working and customer-oriented he was. Him, as well as the other hostel employees made us feel at home and gave us an unforgettable experience. The hostel itself was very cozy and decorative. 10/10.

Amazing hostel — definitely felt more like a hotel. Tunido was one of the best (and cleanest, by far) places we’ve stayed on our RTW. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re on the fence, book it.

I just passed through on the way to Minca but it was clean, the aircon worked great, the breakfast was good, the beds were huge and the staff was nice.

Well located, nice amenities, staff amazingly friendly! They make an effort to create atmosphere with a hearty and usually healthy dinner every night and the layout lends itself well to both socialising or grabbing some quiet time in a hammock by yourself. Our private room was great although some plumbing issues meant we had to air out the room as much as possible!

Accommodating staff, comfortable rooms in a quiet, centrally located part of the Historic Centre. Good healthy breakfast. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the Hostel for those visiting Santa Marta.

Though this property does have AC, they do not allow it to be on except for 9PM-4AM. If the weather hadn't been so awful this week it would not have been a problem. A couple girls in my room had requested it earlier and were yelled at. The owner came in during the morning and commented about how cold it was (though guests don't have control over it). The whole shaming around using the AC and everyone's misery was physically and emotionally uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay again.
