Can’t beat the the price for what you get. Stayed in a mixed dorm and while beds are comfortable it gets hot. Maybe an individual fan for each bed would help for those of us who run hot. Lockers are large but don’t like that they’re under the bed. Friendly staff. Showers are very large and I thought there should’ve been more than one 1 women’s bathroom but there wasn’t an issue. Place is central enough but still do have to walk around to link up with tours. Clean and great value for money.

There were many great things about Tzunun Hotel. It was a welcoming environment with a delicious breakfast. The facilities are also pleasant with a beautiful terrace. It is a nice quiet environment like a cafe during the day - a good place to work, study, or relax. At night I realized it becomes quite the party hostel. Cool parties and more lively than I was expecting compared to the day. Tho, I think I left my passport card with reception, but couldn't someone to contact to get it back

Central location - short walk to everything you need, good clean facilities and nice rooftop seating but not much atmosphere at all.

You get what you pay for. Not the worst hostel I’ve been to and not the best. Beds are so so, wifi is unreliable and there isn’t much atmosphere. Staff was very friendly but probably would not stay here again.

The room was full of bugs and flies, falling on the beds. The sheets were full of hairs. They moved us to another room but then the sheets were dirty and smelly. The staff was very nice and helpful. the kitchen is not aloud to cook in👎🏻 . The value of the money to what you get is not enough .

It was so so. The little garden is cute and the rooms are fine, but it’s not the cleanest place. The worst thing though was the party at Thursday. Don’t go here on Thursdays. The music was extremely loud, impossible to sleep until 5 in the morning. When I talked to the staff about it, they were kinda rude. Half of the staff is not very friendly. I would not recommend the place.

I was disappointed at the value in the private room of this hostel, as we booked the family room, and while the beds were OK, the bathroom needed some help (knobs falling out of the wall) and the room itself was bare bones. for example, I wouldn't recommend this hostel to a friend. The walls were very thin, other travelers walking by kept me up at night, and I couldn't sleep. The kitchen was not very clean at all. Redeeming qualities were the nice rooftop, friendly staff and the free tap water.

Truly the worst hostel I have ever stayed at. The place was filthy, but even worse than that was that they decided to host a rave that had music blaring until 5 am RIGHT NEXT TO THE DORMS. No one warned me that this would be going on - definitely not a place to rest at all, especially if you just finished hiking or are going to hike. There were broken beer bottles all over the courtyard and bathrooms in the morning. Anybody could walk in from the street and the dorms had no locks. Stay away!

The receptionist didn’t knew what he was doing. His excuse was that he was tired of the day. Then there was a party with the music on loudest while the rooms were literally next to it, like no other space. The next morning a gard was very unkind and not had his best day I think. I would never go there again!!!!! Not recommended.
