One of the best hostels i've ever stayed at! Central location, great facilities for travellers (very clean and plenty for the number of guests), comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Staff were helpful and friendly

The staff here are very helpful. Given its proximity to Crown Casino and Mcdonalds, the ambient noise can be loud late at night. Still a better option than most hostels in the CBD.

Most of everything in there was very good except for a lousy staff member who gave me a hard time whenever I had to inquire from reception , making my 1 month stay totally forgettable . The rest of the staff were terrific

Cheap hostel for Melbourne standards but old and with lack of character. Fells more like an old hotel with carpet on the floor rather than a backpackers hostel. Kitchen lacks some basics as a stock of forks and knives. Bathrooms need to be reformed

Most of this hostel seem to be on a WHV, which allows for almost 0 atmosphere if you are just on a tourist visa. Was put in a ‘mixed dorm’ as myself and three other men who were all long-term residents, and quite surprised to see a female in their room! Other than that, the dorms themselves are good with only 4 people max per room! Common spaces are dull and a bit of a walk into the main areas of the CBD.
