Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Vagabonds. As a solo traveller it can sometimes be very daunting when checking into a new hostel, but the staff here were very welcoming and I quickly found myself as much a part of the hostel as them. I stayed in the 12-person dorm which was very clean. The hostel is located in a great location... a short walk to the CBD, a supermarket across the street and a range of takeaway restaurants in a nearby street. Can't recommend Vagabonds enough!

Vagabonds blew my expectations out of the water. The staff, Bob especially, were incredibly welcoming; with excellent suggestions for nightlife activities & food recommendations. The atmosphere is one of relaxed adventure & camaraderie. I made instant friends with my roommates, and had the best nights during my entire trip. Showers here are amazing, with hot, high pressure water, a welcome relief. I cannot recommend Vagabonds highly enough to anyone staying in Belfast, this is a real gem!

The staff was great with recommendations and just hanging out in the shared spaces. The kitchen was well equipped. Breakfast is basic but included. There are many nearby pubs and restaurants, and a Tesco across the street. Super chill atmosphere, would happily stay here again! Our room was mostly clean but there was some trash left under the beds.

The rooms were clean and had outlets by the beds. Some of the lockers were broken but we found one to use. The bathrooms are either on the first or third floor. Kind of a walk to the main downtown but still close enough.

During my stay at Vagabonds, I found out that I had to cancel my Exchange and return to NZ due to COVID-19. I was understandably upset- but the staff support wad nothing short of amazing, Thank you for the hugs when I most needed them, the cookies and tea, the movie distractions, and the fun night out before sh*t hit the fan for me! I would really recommend staying at this hostel as not only are the staff friendly and passionate, the communal areas are homely and the facilities great.

Super cute room (I was in a private, shared bathroom). Clean bathrooms and kitchen, good free breakfast and helpful staff! A 15 ish min walk from the downtown core but restaurants/pubs and express tesco express. Would go again if I was in Belfast!

Crazy place with a cool vibe. Love our private room. So beautiful. If you’re solo, this is a great vibe. The common room is cozy & they watch movies in the evening. The hallways and toilets automatically light up which is great for midnight forays. The heat is on a timer so we were cold but that’s because we’re wimpy Americans. Bob and rest of staff are so friendly. They’ll do your laundry for £8. Also, great pizza shop next door. No lift though- I’m disabled but made it work. Would return.
