Because you are making a Group Booking, there are additional Terms and Conditions that apply. Please read them and click 'I Accept' below to continue with your booking

General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card on arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

You can pay money on account wich we will send you on your e-mail adress when you make reservation.
If you decide not to come please cancel web reservation on site so the other group of people can reservate accomodation.Thank you.

The following group types are not accepted by this hostel: Stag/Hen/Bachelor Party If you have misrepresented the type of group you are booking for, your booking may be cancelled by the hostel."

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Property Description

Villa Anka is situated in a beatiful and very popular part of Split, called Visoka, on the way out of the center, 3 km towards east from old town in center (from harbor on the left side, towards right side on the towns map) . It is surounded by lush vegetation vith lots of flowers and a grassed access dominated by a pond and a fountain.

A spacious terrace in the left corner of the courtyard shadowed by green vine leaves and grapes all the summer around and funished with beautiful garden sets provide its guests every comfort and refeshement in hot summer days. The guests can take fresh domestically tomato, cucumber, fig, carrot, salad, grape, etc free. Tranquility of the place is completely undisturbed because the roads are far away.

The house has three floor. Each floor has a kiktchen, bathroom and toilet (tub and shower), two twin bedrooms to the north, 3 bed room type east/south and spacious 4 bed room type to the south/west with a balcony exposed to the sun. The house has a capacity of 30 beds. Villa ANKA is distant only 2 km from center of city. The very good beach is at 1,5 km distant from villa. View House Rules

    They were the sweetest hosts and will do anything for their guests. The location is fine, we walked around all week both to the beach and city. Others have commented on the cleanliness of the bathroom, but any problems we experienced were due to the other guests.

    The price was very cheap for Split if you're on a budget but you get what you pay for as it's long way from town and we didn't get towels or wifi and the rooms were hot and had ants.

    The room that was given to us was a living room and the bed was just a sofa. Sofa was too uncomfortable given the sounds it makes with every move and it had a very thin mattress. There were ants on the floor and the hot water in the bathroom was not working. The location is far from the city center, however it is close to one beach. The price/performance ratio is very low.

    20 min walk to beach, 35 to old town. Staff: initially, both the host and his mother were nice and welcoming. But once we had the problem that made us run as fast as possible from that place, the host just disregard our concerns and didn't help. Cleaniless: I'm used to live with 6 people back in Portugal and I consider that this place wasn't clean enough. Ants everywhere: walls, bed, window, floor, table, chairs. It's a family house but it should be way more well treated. Don't recommend it...

    Comments in other reviews about poor cleanliness are entirely accurate. The outside areas were like a scrap-heap. The bathroom was horribly dirty, with no hot water, and the bedroom floor didn’t appear to have been swept/hoovered for months. In terms of facilities the description states that there’s a kitchen available for use, so I bought food to cook - the lady who welcomed me indicated that I could not prepare food on site but should visit a local fast food outlet. She didn’t speak English.

    When arriving after making and paying our reservation more than a week ahead, the host told us she didn't print out our reservation and all of the rooms were taken. After a while of trying to explain and showing her our confirmed reservation, she offered we sleep in her bedroom but we needed to pay the full amount up ahead on top of the already payed reservation. We left and slept in a car that night. Totally unprofessional and had the feelings she was scamming tourist. Lost reservation money.
