Nice hostel with a nice atmosphere. There were tons of suggestions of things to do and there is a bus stop on the corner and a metro stop about 10 min walk away. Very near Univ of Houston too. If you don't have a car UBER comes in like 4 minutes. I enjoyed my stay.

Clean hostel in a great area. I was a single woman traveling alone and I felt safe walking in the area and to the bus stop/metro stop. Staff was great and I loved the waffle batter hahaha. Thanks Wanderstay

Traveled here with friends and it was my first time staying in a hostel and I'm glad it was with them. Everything inside was so bright and nice and clean. It's a small intimate place to sleep and I felt safe the entire time.

There were 2 hostel options in Houston and I picked this one because of the themed rooms and all the reviews about them being clean and they did not disappoint. The bathrooms were nice and clean and they have a kitchen so it saved me money from eating out. The price for this place is also good because the closet hotel was like $195 a night and here I din't even pay half of that.

I really liked this hostel. It was very, very clean and smelled really good and the staff was amazing. I love the fact that they have codes to get in the room, so you don't have to carry around keys. The area was great- quiet yet close to places to eat and drink. Great bang for my dollar.

Definite WINNER. Half of hostels I've experienced thus far on here are fraudulent. But this place is ABOVE and beyond great. What you see is what you get! When I pop thru IAH again and need a place, this is where I will be without a doubt!

I stayed here one night. My stay was fine, everyone who worked here was lovely. There was strong air conditioning and the beds were soft. The lockers don’t have locks you need to bring your own and they change the code to the front gate everyday so don’t be surprised if you have to ring the bell to be let in even if you had been given the code before. There is some art on the walls but overall the place is pretty simple with typical wear and tear. For the cost, I’d stay here again.

I was on my own without a car, depending upon walking and buses. The area is very sketchy and I decided I needed to be in by dark, so I ended up not enjoying Houston at all except for the fabulous Johnson Space Centre during the day. The hostel is clean and recently painted, but you can't depend on staff being there. Twice in 3 days I was locked out on the street, because the hostel expected that I would received their emailed security codes for the gate, on my phone. One night I was alone.
