Best place to stay in CH, and probably all of Malaysia because Troji and his family are such incredible hosts! Didn’t want to leave! The property is beautiful and Troji’s coffee is the best, so you couldn’t ask for more. Can’t wait to come back!!

We spend only one night at the hostel. Room, kitchen, location and staff are great. It is far from tanah rata (about 20/25 min) by taxi... And this is for me the best advantage of this hostel !! You will leave the busy street and touristic attractions by coming at the Westwood Hostel. Good opportunity for enjoying walks or trekking. Quiet place for relaxing 😃 thank you again.

Westwood Highlands, was a perfect little get away in the cameron highlands. Situated within a flower plantation, its idyllic, peaceful and beautiful. Patrick and Troji were very welcoming and happy to help. Troji even recommended and wrote down dishes to the Chinese restaurant that didn't speak any english! The hostel is clean throughout and has everything you need.

    Very Good

I can't get over how welcoming and helpful the owners family was! They drove me around, took me to their family dinner, booked my bus and even brought over food! The hostel is definitely off the tourist tracks, which makes it hard to get around on your own. It's also really calm. The next restaurant is quite a walk away. What I missed at the guesthouse were plugs and baskets in the room, otherwise it's flawless and I had a good nights sleep.

The location is literally 30 mins from the main town and the hostel is located in a remote place where you have to drive all the way in. The road to the hostel is bumpy and uneven because lorries always come and go. It has beautiful garden with various types of flowers so you can take pictures. We were not advised to go out at night because the main roads had no street lights at all and the surrounding of the hostel itself was very dark. We had natural aircond because the temperature was cold.

I had a good time here, but the location is pretty inconvenient. It's a 40 minute drive to the hiking trails, and around 20 to the Mossy Forest. Hitchhiking is your best form of transportation. The staff do everything in their power to make your stay incredible. They offer advice, rides, take you to dinner, etc. If you're coming to just chill, this place is bomber. If you want to do a lot of hiking, be prepared for some daily travel. Not a lot of other guests during the week I stayed.
