The bed was incredibly comfortable and the design and cleanliness was really fantastic. The only tricky part was that our app "keys" had expired along with one of the codes to get into the door before the designated check out. We were able to improvise getting into our room so we could get to the train station on time. But we were not able to reach anyone in person. They did call us back later, but in the moment it was stressful.

Lovely showers, very clean. The rooms are fairly small but just what you need for backpacking. Great location right by the central station.

Everything was almost as expected. I liked the room more than I anticipated I would. I don't need much as a solo adventurer. It was my first double bed since traveling Scandinavian and the size of the room was a welcome surprise. It's directly across from the central train station and you could practically crawl to Tivoli Gardens! Yay!

Only 50 meters from Copenhagen Central station! Quite big room with nice beds and linen. The Shared toilets and bathrooms were clean.

I slept in the dormitory where the capsules offer better privacy and sound-proofing from snorers than regular bunk beds. However it's downhill from there. There is no common room to meet people or write emails etc, nor kitchen where one can save on eating costs. The bathroom facilities are very underwhelming and inadequate. There is no physical Reception, only a phone no which is frequently not answered. They give you codes to enter the building and capsules. I wouldn't recommend it.

Its basically a soulless dark corridor with some small rooms and outdated facilities. Oh and the walls are very very thin. I had the fantastic luck that my neighbours had an all night s** Party. Banging night. Tbh I’d pay a bit more and stay somewhere with a nicer atmosphere and thicker walls

The place is well placed with easy access to the rest of the city. We only saw staff because we arrived too early otherwise there was no people at the place witch was unfortunate since there was nobody to make aware that there was no soap or hand sanitiser at the toilet and the towels for drying hands were stiff and dirty. The place was in general not clean, especially toilet and showers. Check in and out was easy. The dirtiness brings it down so much that I didn't get value for money.

To begin, I feel like I was misled when when I made this reservation. When booking, the hostel was still called Copenhagen Backpackers and pictures I found of the place led me to believe that it was a typical hostel with a reception and a place to lounge and mingle with the other guests. Upon my arrival, I found out that I am no longer staying at Copenhagen Backpackers, so when I came to find that there is no reception, no lounge, no way to mingle, I was severely irritated and felt cheated.

This place is horrible. Anyone can get in with somebody opening the door with their pin code (I felt insecure about the people sneaking in). There is no reception at all, no common space at all, only two toilets and two showers for all the guests (and they are dirty in the evening). Nobody to talk to when you arrive in a new city and have questions. No way to meet other guests. No kitchen. Nothing, just your small room and dirty bathrooms. Worst place ever. You can’t decently call that a hostel.

I left after one night because I don’t want to stay at a place where there isn’t even one fully functioning toilet! Like in a riddle I can choose: blocked toilet, toilet which broken lock or with broken light… That’s not OK! The showers looked disgusting too! I’ve been in hostels all over the world. And even in really bad circumstances hostels had made an effort to repair and maintain their place for their guests. You are in the capital of a ‘first-world’-country and don’t bother fixing anything
