Such a fun stay if you love to party! The very nature of the guests are to be friendly and sociable. As a solo traveller, this was a great place to meet like-minded people. The weekly events are SO fun and not at all cheesy. The location is at the top of the massive hill, which can be a pain to walk up, but it's worth it for the view. If you're tired you can just take a cab from the city centre for 5 soles. The showers in the rooms were a bit wonky, but nothing major.

Wild Rover was a great hostel to stay at in Cusco! The bar area is fun to hangout at and even better because you can’t hear it from your room when you’re sleeping. The water was always hot and everything was clean. It was really convenient to store our luggage (for free) overnight too when we went to Machu Picchu. I highly recommend this hostel!

I've been travelling for 8 months across SA and this is probably my favourite hostel thus far. It is in a great location overlooking the beautiful Cusco and it has top facilities. The showers are the best and the food is also great. You can chill in the day and party night! Shoutout to the managers Chris and Franco for making my stay even better! Although Chris needs to improve his beer pong skills.... 10/10

My expectations were exceeded. This place is incredible. A truly diverse, welcoming party hostel you won’t forget. Or maybe you will.... because the bar scene ramps up at all times of the day! Plenty of space for relaxing/quiet time as well if that’s what you’re looking for. Jay works extremely hard at hustling travellers to ensure they have a good time. And based on everyone’s fatigued demeanours in the’s apparent that everyone does. Thank you for a wonderful time!

If you want to party, this is the hostel to go to. They have a great set of staff that keeps you hyped, the food is pretty good, and unlike many hostels, the restaurant is open all day, whether it be for breakfast, midday and even late night. They play pretty decent music, they have a large variety of drinks, and it's pretty cheap considering. The only problem is the internet connection in rooms. It's decent in the common areas and bar area, but really spotty in the rooms.

We had a good time at this hostel. It is definitely the kind of hostel where you eat, sleep, and drink in your hostel without leaving to see Cusco as much. It’s a good hostel if you want to meet people. Our room was beautiful! There is a great view of the town from the hostel. The hostel is up a big hill from the main square in Cusco- this means you get a great view, but need to climb a BIG hill to get there. Some staff were friendly, and others weren’t so helpful or easy to talk to.
