Fav hostel ever!! We were a bit apprehensive about staying in one of the 28 person mixed dorms but it was excellent- the cubby beds felt very private and the dorm was quiet and clean. The bathrooms and showers are also very nice. Met lots of people here and the location is great- far enough away from the centre of Shibuya that it feels peaceful but definitely walkable distance and there are loads of buses.

Loved the location, great privacy in dorm. Not much of a social atmosphere but I was okay with that. Only complaint I have is that there was often no hot water for showers. I showered at multiple different times of the day and still experienced a cold shower which isn’t ideal during the cold months in Japan.

Nice hostel with modern facilities Atmosphere in the common room is pretty unsociable but that seems to be the norm for Tokyo hostels. Worst part of my stay was getting locked out of the dorm when going to the toilet in the middle of the night. It turns out that the dorm door is locked at night (open during day) and requires your key card to enter so it's fully possible to get locked in the cold hallway until someone about to make the same mistake rescues you.
