Had a great experience for my first time in a hostel and in London. All facilities were clean! Staff was so helpful and friendly. The people you meet come from all over and range of all ages. If you are nee to traveling and want to have a mini home away from home, stay here! I would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic hostel, staff great. Friendly atmosphere. The pub in the basement has great character and an awesome place to hang out to chill. Absolutely would stay again. £6 for a wash and dry is a bit steep though. Laundry needs more ventilation as drying takes FOREVER.

Amazing Hostel, located a 10 min walk from the nearest tube station and tower hill. This hostel is very social and the WomBar is the best. Great atmosphere all around. The only downside to this place is that it is a 30 min tube ride and walk to attractions such as the London Eye and Big Ben.

Great location in the heart of the Eastend. It is surrounded by great bars, supermarkets and places to eat when cooking is a bit of a chore. Its a 10 minute walk to Tower bridge/The Tower of London, and a 5 minute walk from Aldgate tube station. The facilities are fantastic and there is loads of open space and cubby holes to skype/read or just chillax. The wee tipple on arrival is also a really nice gesture and a great way to introduce guests to the downstairs area. Its it very secure & clean.

Amazing hostel. So clean, safe and lively. Events in the wombar (and honestly just the bar in general) were so fun. Would definitely return!

This place was great. It was my first hostel experience and the atmosphere and the people were way cool. Out of the two hostels I stayed at in London, I would for sure go back to this one.

First time staying in a hostel and it reminded me to a hotel. I probably wouldn’t do it again but staying here was a good experience to check it off my bucket list.

This hostel had a great vibe, especially with the bar downstairs - everyone who was staying seemed quite friendly and willing to chat. The staff were a bit aloof I found, but that could have just been me. My room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, but the lockers were a great size and the bed was comfy. The location was fine, near 2 stations which can take you anywhere in London. All in all, had a pretty great stay here!

I would highly recommend hostel living for those traveling alone or in the early-twenties bracket! That said, I don’t think I would recommend a hostel for those traveling as a couple. We were a little surprised at the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom of the room we stayed in. Most of the staff were kind and helpful, but we did not get a very warm welcome. Breakfast was wonderful and it was great location to walk to some of the main sites London has to offer if doing a short stay.
