Our hostel is in a prime spot in Whitechapel, close to the famous Tower Bridge, Tower of London and the iconic Wilton's Music Hall. Lovely place, really friendly staff, really accommodating and helpful. Loved the security of the place, all doors were key card open only so no one not staying at the hostel was getting in. The lockers work of the key cards too which is super, no last minute padlock purchases. Free towels on request at the front desk which is great. The room was clean and warm and the bathroom was practically luxurious by hostel standards, clean, modern and always running hot water in the showers.

Had a great time! The rooms were very clean and I had no problems other than the bathroom on the main floor was not working! The beds are not incredibly comfortable, but they were bigger than I thought they would be ( I am 6’4, 300 pounds so I would know). Staff were incredibly helpful helping me finding a train to Liverpool, so I would definitely recommend!

It's a nice place, really close to center of london and walking distance from tower of london. Room of 6 was very comfortable and big, really nice although it was on ground floor by the street and everything from outside was heard clearly. Bed are comfortable, sheets are clean, you can rent a towel for free! Kitchen is nice and clean, bar is cool style! You can get there a sim for free too! Overall very nice place!

Loved the community of this hostel- I met a bunch of people because of planned activities and overall the staff was friendly and helpful. I've stayed in nicer facilities but for the price it was definitely worth it. Would recommend this to anyone traveling alone or in small groups to london. Location was central to lots of cool areas and close to the tube to get to other sites.

I recently stayed at the Wombat Hostel in London, with my teenage son. It was perfect for what we wanted: quite central, clean, safe, secure and great value. Also a hostel that caters for all ages. Staff in general were great, friendly and very helpful, although some of the kitchen staff were a bit grumpy! Rooms were comfortable and clean: shared 6 bed dorm, and appreciated having our bathroom en suite, with a separate toilet. The atmosphere was fun and other guests friendly. Breakfast poor.

This hostel is in an excellent location! Felt very secure. The vibe is chill; the rooms are very spacious, and the lockers are big. The place could have been a little cleaner overall. I would stay here again!
