We arrived at 10:15pm which is quite late, due to travel delays, but we were greeted with a smile and an efficient check-in. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. Cooked breakfast was tradional and good value. We left shortly before 10am with a quick and efficient check-out. I look forward to our next visit.

Great hostel, lovey building and great facilities - large kitchen, water bottle fountain, etc. staff were very friendly, room was clean and built to a high standard. Shower was great and very hot! Good location although up a hill, would recommend getting the bus if you’re making the journey into town frequently

Great location, clean and staff lovely. Little bit of communication issue with booking breakfast on our first night, maybe staff member was new? Room comfortable although shower was tiny and flooded the rest of the floor, especially with 4 people using would be very wet! Breakfast 10/10 everything cooked to perfection. A vending machine for tea/coffee might be an idea? Would definitely stay again!!

Overall once I got over the fact that the kitchens were not open ... even though on the reviews it said it was.. hence booking. And dust on the bed rails ... all good! Actually it was a good base. Near the town centre Near the sham castle 26 miles from Glastonbury So I will use again. Hopefully the kitchen will be open next time. ;)

    Very Good

Whilst there were many positives to our stay and our Friday night was quiet, Saturday night was a very disrupted night. Whilst sitting in the bar in the evening two men booked in, one of whom was staggering and obviously very drunk. During the early hours there was repeated banging and shouting on the external door as someone had forgotten a key/card I guess. This was followed by loud talking/conversation between two men that went on for some time. This is our first and last hostel visit.
