Being in the centre of London means you are not far from the many London attractions. If you are tired after travelling, they have a handy cafe where you can get pizza or other snacks While staying at the hostel, you have an electronic key card that gives you access to the lift, members kitchen, laundry and bedrooms if you can not handle stairs. It is bright, clean, happy hostel. My only criticism is the continual music played the common room for me an unwelcome intrusion in a fab place.

Very nice, clean, newly furnished, friendly staff. One shower and toilet for five rooms but luckily, it was always unoccupied. The only minus was no closets or lockers in the rooms.

Loud , obnoxious American gal in communal area, harassing everyone with non- stop talking. Unpleasant for everyone. Told me to F - off when I politely asked her to keep it down a bit. Certainly think YHA needs a Code of Conduct for guests!

Love this hostel and have stayed here twice before but lift is being serviced for the next 4 months so this may not be the place to stay with a physical disability. My 1st night I was on the ground floor and smoke came through the window all night - gross. Thankfully staff was lovely and moved me to a higher floor the next night, but with a physical impairment this wouldn’t be possible. YHA has two other hostels in the city that you might consider during renovations if stairs are hard for you.

Great location. Not much of a vibe, however this was just before London shutdown. Staff were incredibly friendly and allowed me to change rooms. Ensuite rooms are a plus. Be aware that there are few lockers in the rooms and if there are any they are tiny (i.e. wallet and passport size (not laptop size)). Kitchen is well equipped.

This was my 4th stay in this hostel. I keep coming back because of the great location. And compared to other accommodation options in London, the price is good and the hostel is decent. Huge bonus is the large fully equipped kitchen that's available in the hostel.

Nice big lounge area where you can order food & drink, which is nice. The staff were really helpful. I was a bit annoyed that everything cost extra: a towel, a padlock for the locker, breakfast. Some hostels include these things. There wasn't a lot of space to put things—not in the bathroom and not by my bed, which had a tiny shelf. My bed didn't have a coat rack like the others. So space was an issue. When someone used hot water in the sink next to our bathroom, it made a squealing noise.

    Very Good

Everything was good except from the heat in the room, especially the bathroom. One fan between four people doesn't work.
