This is pretty basic place (not party) so there was no social atmosphere. It appears to cater to school groups. There was a small cafe/bar, a lounge, couches, a kitchen, water refilling stations, laundry and a TV room. I felt secure as they had to buzz you in Everytime but there is always someone at the desk. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It is right next to the Smith Close bus stop and about 1 mile away from the tube. Bed & room were fine. Great deal for the price.

This was a great facility. The rooms and common areas were very clean and the breakfast was really good. They had drinks and dinner. However, the management was sub-par. They had told me and another woman we had to change rooms and then after going through the entire hassle it turns out we didn't have to change at all. They gave us a free breakfast for the trouble but it was still frustrating. Also a bit of a walk to the train station that takes you into central London. Was a cute area though.

    Very Good

The hostel is nice enough if you just want somewhere to sleep. It was close to a tube station so easy access to many parts of London. There were a few downfalls though. The bathrooms in the rooms made the room smell quite bad a lot of the time and the price for breakfast was too expensive (although i just bought my own breakfast whilst out and about so not the end of the world). Also you had to pay to store your bags in a locker, but in most hostels you can store them for free, which was a shame

    Very Good

I stayed here for one night in London before I met up with friends and stayed with them. It serves its purpose as a decent place to stay for the night, nothing bad to say about it but also nothing good, except the staff were great! Really friendly and helpful! Other than that, nothing interesting about this hostel, wasn’t a fun or social hostel to stay at. Decent location.

The hostel itself was nice. We had a poor experience with the front desk staff. Not enough storage lockers for all in the room. Location is in a nice area but not particularly close or convenient to downtown London. About 10-15 minute walk to tube stops.

The hostel Locates in a residential place whereas near to the but stop and the tube station. Thanks the reception. They are very friendly. However, the waitress (maybe from Africa) is the breakfast canteen was very much impolite. She served me a plate of breakfast. The fist time I asked her to give the food, she was quite ok. But since the second time, she was very impatient, it made me feel I should not to see more than one time, not to mention the third time. Bad experience.
