The morning front desk staff were especially nice as well as good conversationalists, it was a mature woman and a young woman. They were extremely helpful and made my stay that much better!

We booked it because it was the cheapest and only avalable place where we could stay in Milan during Design Week. AFTER booking we saw the reviews... We were 6 students co we werent scared that much, but TBH? It scared us a lot. But when you are expecting the worst it was pretty nice after all. We were actually a bit scared but after all it was fine. Literally "You get what you paid for." :) I wouldnt recommend it to group of girls alone since the district is full of hookers and weird strangers.

We got a budget room which is exactly what we got. My bunk fell through several times when sitting on it. While my friends bunk moved every way possible. Room was hot with no AC or fan. Mosquitos gained easy access. Was told there was a breakfast to which there isn't after being told by the front desk; just hard rolls. Staff all friendly and the rooms are tidy, toilets and showers also cleaned. WiFi also available.

The reason why I choosed this hostel is that is close to Lampugnano bus station and has a free carpark on site that was a plus! Also very confortable to explore the city by metro as there are different stops not far from it. The hostel itself is really spartan and not great, the window of our room didn't lock and as it gives to a balcony shared with other rooms anyone could break in, also we got many mosquitos at night that didn't allowed us to have a great sleep. Breakfast was terrible.

The hostel was clean and the staff was nice but the beds were really shakey and the doors made so much noice you woke up everytime someone left a room. You hear everything on that floor, we didnt sleep very well. The whole vibeb of the hostel was unwelcoming because of the size and the lack of any decorations. The location is outside the centre but close to the subway that will take you straight into the centre

The mattresses were so dirty I slept with my clothes on, I didn’t want to use the pillow or blanket either so I had a rolled up jacket as a pillow. I woke up in the night that it was so cold in the room that I had to use the damn blanket anyways. The area was super dodgy when I walked there in the night.

The hostel is in an inconvenient location, far from the city center. A change of metro trains is required to get to/from the central station. It is housed in an old school, and has a dreary and run down atmosphere. The bathrooms are not clean. There was spot molding on the bathroom stall ceiling. There was also a distinct sewer odor in the bathrooms. The “breakfast” was mediocre at best. I do not recommend this hostel as a place to stay.
