Amazing! The front desk will help you with basically all of your needs and give you great advice in things to do within your budget. This place is in the heart of Interlaken and is an easy 10 minute walk from the train station interlaken ost

Very nice and clean place. A bit outside downtown, but easily accessible with all the buses and trams the city has to offer. I arrived quite late and there was no problem at all. Quite the contrary! I had time to have a beer and chat with Jeremy at the front desk. I travel a lot, but this guy is exeptional! He went above and beyond for all my needs! He really is a 5 stars customer service professional. Thanks again Jeremy! :)

I just had a 1 night stay here and it was a very nice, clean and well organised hostel! It was about £28 for the night (which seemed cheap for Switzerland) and included a delicious buffet breakfast (including waffles). It is a very easy tram ride away and i paid £7 for a 24 hour tram pass which I used a lot. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Zurich!

This hostel is one of the best i have ever stayed in... the breakfast buffet is unparalleled.. the location is so hip and modern even minor details are thought of like separating the locker room from the sleeping area .. only thing that could be improved is giving towels even if someone is booking a dorm.

Me and my roommate are English language assistants in France and decided to visit Zurich during the two-week school holiday and had a great stay here. Clean, quiet, a short tram ride from downtown. Groceries, kébab and an Irish pub within a 10 minute walk. The man who worked the desk during the late hours of the night was extremely friendly and the 6:00-9:30 complimentary breakfast buffets were very nice. Great value for your $$$

    Very Good

The separation between the lockers/sinks is a good idea as it means you wont be woken up by early/late arrivals. However, it does sacrifice space to the main sleeping area. The top bunks are horribly designed with the ladder being to the side of the entrance. They're also incredibly light and found that I lifted the entire bed while climbing up which was actually quite dangerous. The free breakfast was a positive. Location is quite far from the centre but a short walk to the nearest station.

I think I am done with hostels until they collectively improve on their service for the amount of money we pay. I paid approximately £38 per night to sleep in one of the worst beds in terms of padding. I wouln't say I am overweight but somehow the padding was so thin that my back and my body was coming in contact with the woods and it was extremely painful. the padding was so thing. It must have been the cheapest beds in the whole country.
