Hi everyone, I cannot describe enough my amazing and positive experience staying at Zaman Ya Zaman, I felt like I was staying at home. From the first to my last day, Said, Fadeed and Jack were incredible hospitable, supportive, flexible, friendly and overall so helpful for being my first time in Jordan. I cannot recommend enough for everyone to stay here, is a great place! The breakfast were deelish! Rooms were kept cleanned, and the location of the place, I felt very safe! Thank you!!!!🌷

We had a room with private bathroom with balcony and views to the theatre. The room was very noisy, so we could not sleep very well. I suggest to ask for a interior room which can be more quite.

When we arrived we were told we would be checked in to an other hotel. This happened very abruptly and no explanation was offered. We were also not the only people this happened to. We ended up Staying at Arabesque hotel which was great. It's a new hotel and some renovations are still ongoing but the staff has been absolutely wonderful. At the end of the trip we were supposed to stay at zaman ya zaman again but transferred our booking to Arabesque.

Paid for private room with private bathroom. Did not get private bathroom with one room. The second room had a bathroom built into the bedroom, not separate!!!! The roof top terrace has not canopy, real hot. You really cant 't us it during the days hours. Really disappointed.

Unfortunately I cannot give a proper rating for this hotel because when I arrived they said they didnt have a room for me. I was proposed to be "upgraded" to a better hotel which would be 20 minutes walk - which I didnt agree to. Then they found a room in Jordan Tower, with a room which wasnt fully what I had wanted but was an acceptable compromise. It all worked out, but it would have been a LOT nicer if they had sent me a message/email beforehand - wasted my valuable holiday relaxation time.

Super friendly staff. BUT upon arrival they checked us into their "sister" hotel, Arabesque for unexplained reasons. I had reserved 2 double rooms but they gave us 1 double and 2 singles, so I had to sleep away from my partner. The hotel is supposed to be new but doesn't seem that way.. cleanliness was only superficial, the door couldn't actually be locked and they only gave me 1 body towel (no hand towel or one for the bathroom floor, which is dangerously slippery). Breakfast was ok.

I booked one double room and a bed in a dorm with several days in advance, at the moment we arrived the receptionist told us that the reservation was canceled because "there were some issues with the showers in the room". after more than 1.5 hours were he failed to offer a satisfactory solution for the problem and continuously refused to let me speak with the manager and being extremely disrespectful to us. My worst experience in hostels in 10 years

DON'T STAY HERE. We had booked a double room but were given an "upgrade" to a twin room with its own bathroom. This room is nothing like any of the pictures on the site, it was a dark box with the only window looking into the internal corridor. It did not have air conditioning as advertised. The towels provided were hand towels, a notice in the room warned of charges of 50 JD for consuming own food or washing clothes in sinks. Worst accommodation of an otherwise amazing trip.
